"CRYSTAL SUNRISE", walk or drive to ICW or Beach!

Our space is a newly remodeled two bedroom, one bathroom mid century home, all on ground level (two steps to get in and out). The new beach color paint scheme and beach themed accents let our guest know they are on holiday/ vacation at the beach. When you come back from a long day out soaking up the sun, playing in the sand, and site seeing, you have a quiet, clean, cool place to eat, shower, and rest. The living area/ den, has a brand new 55" smart TV with wireless wifi. We have a library of DVDs and Blu-ray disc, too include kid friendly movies. The bedrooms also have smart TVs, incase some want to watch something different. There is no cable TV included. With the smart TV you can access your NETFLIX, HULU, PRIME TV, whatever you may have a membership with. We supply Beach towels, bathroom towels, sheets, and bed spreads. This is a BIG PLUS because some homes don't offer this service. There is a private studio/ office/ Apartment attached that has no access for guest, only used by host. We stay in it on occasion. We do not bother the guest in the house unless we are needed. All that is ask of our guest is that they treat our home as though it was their home. Please respect and take care of all contents, so we can keep it as nice as it was upon arrival. Please remember there are guest coming in after you. THANK YOU, WE HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT TIME AT OAK ISLAND. We are happy you chose our home to be a part of your stay. NO SMOKING!** **NO SMOKING INSIDE OR AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE, DUE TO FIRE HAZARD OF DRY PINE NEEDLES. NO PETS OF ANY KIND! PLEASE!

Private unit attached to primary home with own entrance - Mother-in-Law suite. Only shared space is driveway and there are 3 parking spots. One level ranch style home near West end bridge Oak Island (OKI) minutes to ocean (walkable)...fifteen minutes to Southport/Bald Head Island (ferry). Route 17 north to Wilmington and 17 South to Myrtle Beach SC as well as Ocean Isle, Holden, Sunset Beach, Calabash and Shallotte, NC. We prefer multi-night (2 or more) bookings versus a single night booking.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a cute screened in porch, private outdoor shower, open rinse off shower side of house, deck with grill, and privacy fence. A short drive to the beach, a 5-10 minute bike ride over the canal at 20th St or walk over to enjoy the sunset. Bring bikes and ride all over the island. Kitchen is fully equipped. We even have cornhole and a couple of other outdoor games to play in the backyard. Our goal is to make our guest feel at home. Enjoy !

Renovated in 2019, this wheelchair friendly spacious one bedroom studio apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, bedroom with a twin trundle bed, bathroom with a walk-in, wheelchair friendly shower, front loading washer/dryer and private screened in porch; beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella are all included with rental. Cozy 480 sq feet studio getaway. Approximately 12 minutes walk and 4 blocks away from the beach Walking distance from ICW and Davis Canal. Close to local restaurants and grocery stores on the island. We provide beach chairs, umbrella & cooler. Guests will have shared access in our covered patio area. We have a Siberian husky blue eyes Kiara, she gets anxious and protective if she knows that there’s another dog or pets in our property.
