Our space is a newly remodeled two bedroom, one bathroom mid century home, all on ground level (two steps to get in and out). The new beach color paint scheme and beach themed accents let our guest know they are on holiday/ vacation at the beach. When you come back from a long day out soaking up the sun, playing in the sand, and site seeing, you have a quiet, clean, cool place to eat, shower, and rest. The living area/ den, has a brand new 55" smart TV with wireless wifi. We have a library of DVDs and Blu-ray disc, too include kid friendly movies. The bedrooms also have smart TVs, incase some want to watch something different. There is no cable TV included. With the smart TV you can access your NETFLIX, HULU, PRIME TV, whatever you may have a membership with. We supply Beach towels, bathroom towels, sheets, and bed spreads. This is a BIG PLUS because some homes don't offer this service. There is a private studio/ office/ Apartment attached that has no access for guest, only used by host. We stay in it on occasion. We do not bother the guest in the house unless we are needed. All that is ask of our guest is that they treat our home as though it was their home. Please respect and take care of all contents, so we can keep it as nice as it was upon arrival. Please remember there are guest coming in after you. Take a break and unwind at this cozy Beach Bungalow! The Beach Bungalow is decorated with warm tropical colors and hints of a surfing décor. This is the perfect getaway to hang out with family, friends, or just to escape crowds. Follow the sound of the waves gently crashing on the shoreline and within minutes you will soon be dipping your toes in the sand. A private corner lot with easy parking access. Also, the perfect location to hang on the screen porch or relax in the shaded hammock.

It’s only half a mile from the closest beach access as well as grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, bars & parks. After a day relaxing at the beach or visiting local sites, you’ll love using our outdoor shower(w/ hot & cold water) & sitting outside in our private guest sitting area with your fav evening beverage. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it. The golf cart rental fee is handled separately from the house rental.

Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.
