Holiday rentals with a patio in Oak Island

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

We had a lovely time. Grant and Laura's place was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Check-in was super-easy and our hosts gave us great recommendations for things to do. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Very private and secluded. Sitting on the screen porch was the best part. We really enjoyed staying in this house that was built in the 40s and has withstood time and storms. We would much rather stay in a place like this instead of a high-rise condo.

Janice is a very friendly host with lots of local recommendations. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The location is perfect. It is a 2 block walk to the Boardwalk and beach. This is a great place to stay.

Super cozy and charming spot in Southport! Information in the description was thorough and spot on. Great outdoor spaces to enjoy a coffee on the front porch or relax out back by the fire pit. Comfy beds and all the amenities. Great to have washer and dryer on site as well. Close to everything whether walking or by bicycle. Amy is a fantastic and responsive host. Would recommend and stay again.

We loved this house and yard and would definitely stay again. The house was spotless upon our arrival. The owners have thought of everything that a family might need including sound machines and extra fans in the bedrooms. The location was very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping yet was in a quiet area.

Michael was so helpful and informative. The home is exactly as show and even better in person. The best home my family as stayed at thus far. 5 star rating cause I can't give them more. My family will be back often.

We had a great stay! Cozy Cottage was a very attractive and easy house to live in. We appreciated the well-outfitted kitchen, good wifi, comfortable and functional furnishings, single floor layout, ample storage options, the laundry room, three Roku equipped tvs, having a charcoal grill, access to plenty of cleaning supplies/tools, being in a quiet residential neighborhood and the large, fully fenced in yard. We found the location convenient - a short drive to beaches and golf courses, five miles to the Southport riverfront, six to the Fort Fisher ferry terminal, and grocery stores even closer. Garret is a very kind, accommodating and responsive host that made the process from booking to checkout a pleasure. It was perfect for our group of four adults and a big dog. It felt like home - we’d definitely stay here again - highly recommended.

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Perfect little place, for my solo shelling trip. The location could not be any better, when I’m not on the beach, I am on the porch taking in the ocean views. This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and I have already booked my next stay.

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

Besides his condo being on the ocean front, with a partial view to the ocean from the living room, kitchen and outside porch, being squeaky clean and nicely decorated, Chad deserves the highest remark for being an outstanding host. He called us, while we were on our way, to let us know that the condo was ready to check-in half an hour before the check-in time and arranged an ironing board and iron we needed to iron our clothes for attending a wedding. I wish I could give him more than five star rating as a host. My impression about the condo as well as the host aligns with all the reviewers who rated as being five star facility at Kure Beach.

Overall the place was very nice. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach access and Publix was like 7 minutes away by car. The kids loved the pullout bed. The space was cozy, clean and had plenty of amenities.

Place was just as described & exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Great proximity from the beach & felt right at home. We would gladly stay at Emily’s again if she’d have us!

We had an amazing stay. Right on the water, nice indoor pool, nice east walk onto the beach and great parking. The place was very clean and very quiet. Nice restaurant next door and only a couple blocks away from tons of stores. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

The place was exactly what we were looking for as we visited my husbands family in Little River. The screened in back porch was a great little spot to be able to enjoy your mornings before getting the day going. Rooms had ample side tables, outlets, and storage spots for clothes. The kitchen had to be one of the most well stocked ones I’d seen in our trips thus far, even having plastic baggies was a bonus! Nice spot if looking for a place to stay in the area that is central and meets the basics!

We had a wonderful stay! Easy check in/out and amazing location. Nicole was very responsive for anything we needed.
