A peaceful family cottage in scenic surroundings. The cabin is located unashamedly overlooking a lovely quiet water, with great Blefjell in the back. Here you can trudge down to the water for a dip, fishing trip or canoeing exploration. Behind the cabin and further inwards in the direction of Blefjell there is a lot of forest to discover, and both blueberries and lingonberries to pick. Blefjell is a 20 minute drive, which provides fantastic hiking opportunities both summer and winter. There are two fireplaces in the cabin (and wood is included in the price ).

At the cabin there is a wooden cabin, sledding hill, swings, slack line, balance trails and 30 meters zip-Line. The cabin is located right on a lake with swimming and fishing opportunities. You have panoramic views of the water and Gaustatoppen from the living room. The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell winterland.Approximately 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country slopes. The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

Peaceful cottage idyll

For those who like to be in peaceful surroundings, with bathing water and pier. Approx. 500 meters to walk from the parking lot. 12V systems for lights with solar cell, gas for cooking and refrigerator, as well as water tap for drinking/cooking (tank 100 l.) There are possibilities for internet, but can be unstable. There is one bedroom with 6 beds plus living room and kitchen in open plan. It is approx. half an hour to drive to Bø Sommerland (waterpark for kids/families). Rowing boat included.

Charming country house with top facilities and a stunning view of lake Follsjø. It is a calm cabin area for year-round use, located only 1,5h from Oslo. From Larvik port 124 km, only 2h drive. Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness that offers hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, cross-country skiing, and Kongsberg and Gausta ski centers nearby. The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Norwegian country bliss by the lake

Small cabin by the lake. Perfect for a getaway from the modern world. Great for relaxing, hiking, fishing, mushrooms and berry picking and swimming. Guests can use the canoe at own risk. There are sheep grazing in the fields and a very special flower meadow. There is a outside seating area with a simple bbq. New bathroom with shower and toilet in the barn. Sauna can be rented for additional cost. Ps. there is no running water in the cabin, this is available few meters away, in the barn.

Cabin in Buvannet, Kongsberg

Trollcabin was the first cabin build in the area. Long before a road was laid down, each and every piece of stone and wood travelled from across the lake. The cottage stands on a hill that is surrounded by moving water, giving the feeling of being one with the nature. Having multiple hiking and swimming spots, it is considered one of the best cottages in the area. Easy accessible and far away from neighbours, giving you the needed privacy throughout day and night.
