Apartment on the ground floor of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 m above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Nice Family cabin located 1000 masl 500m from the downhill slope, there are also many nice cross-country trails in Silkedalen which is a few meters away. In the summer there is great hiking terrain. The nearest shops are 10 min away by car to Rauland city center. Perfect location for activities both winter and summer. A little about the cabin: - The cabin was completed in May 2020 -4 bedrooms, 7 beds and a baby cot. -1 living room on the ground floor. Bathroom with washing machine. - Kitchen that is well-equipped. -TV living room 2nd floor.

Sleeps four (extra mattress if needed). Ski and hiking areas nearby. Here, you will find clean, made-up beds and clean towels—ready for you to start your holiday the moment you arrive.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Eller en avslappende familieferie med brettspill og småturer. Velegnet for digital detox, yoga på terrassen og turer i vakker fjellnatur. Kanskje til og med et bad? Det tar ca 15 minutter å kjøre til Fjellstrand med nyedelige sandstrand ved Austbø. Her kan du gå både kort og langt i nydelig terreng.
