Charming older cabin.

The cabin was paid in the '50s. In 2021, water was added with a new bathroom and kitchen. There is a good distance to surrounding cabins. Good sun conditions from morning to night. In the winter there are driven ski slopes a few hundred meters from the cabin. The cabin is close to a water and in the summer there are good swimming opportunities or a trip with e.g. sup board. There are several summer hiking trails just around the cabin. There is a wood stove and open fireplace in the cabin. The landlord will provide wood that you can freely use.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden cabin area. There is a small cabin field with a good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cottage as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the fridge with shelf life. Summer: the cabin is 1 min from the lake just walking distance at the back of the main house. We have sitting area by the lake and sitting area by the small river (this is nearest to the cabin). Feel free to choose. Winter: The cottage is a 20 mins drive to Rauland Ski Center. You can also ski on the frozen lake. Cross country is also a possibility near the area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Has access to lake. Great way to spend your summer.
