The cabin has a great location with swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as hiking and ski trails in the surrounding area. 8 beds divided into 2 bedrooms with double beds in a bunk bed solution. Spacious living room and kitchen with wood-burning stove, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, large veranda and fire pit outside. Heat pump, fibre and TV. Road access all the way. Rented only to responsible adults. Own bed linen/towels. Laundry and waste are handled by the tenant. Electricity by consumption, remember to switch off :)

Short distance to public transport. Good hiking opportunities nearby, including one of Notodden's finest viewpoints, Eikeskar. Approx. 7 km to Heddal Stavkirke and Bygdetunet. About 5 km to Tuven with shopping center and other large shop chains and car shops. Notodden is a great starting point for, among other things, trips to Gaustatoppen or Bø Sommarland

Our cabin is new and has a very high standard. The decor is modern and of good quality. The cabin has a natural color scheme that is inspired by nature's color palette. Heating cables in the floor provide a pleasant warmth throughout the cabin. There is a separate bathroom with a sauna and a separate toilet. We are committed to our guests sleeping well. All beds are of good quality. One double bed 180 cm wide, one bed 120 cm wide, four beds 100 cm wide. All beds are made and bed linens and towels are included in the price.

The Stable, 1700s log cabin by the lake with sauna

A small log cabin on a historic crofter's farm by Follsjø – a lake for swimming and fishing. The Stable sits slightly tucked away from the four other timber buildings on the property, surrounded by a wildflower meadow and grazing sheep. A newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet is in the barn, just 15 metres away. Outside, a lovely seating area with a grill awaits. The area is made for hiking, fishing, swimming and quiet days. Canoes at your own risk; wood-fired sauna available to rent.

Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness that offers hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, cross-country skiing, and Kongsberg and Gausta ski centers nearby. The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Great cabin located in a secluded area with a large flat natural plot of 1.9 acres. The cabin is located in great forest terrain between Kongsberg and Notodden in Telemark. In summer there is a swimming area 5 min walk from the cabin, with a swimming area, fishing opportunities and access to a row boat. In winter, miles of great marked ski trails are prepared.
