Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. I stayed here for several weeks for a placement at the hospital and the apartment had everything I needed. The location was perfect for both the hospital and train station.

What a lovely lovely house for a quick or long stay. Beautiful apartment decorated so nicely and extremely clean. The host was extremely helpful and very welcoming and answered the phone very quickly to any problems. Definitely recommend :)

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

Great studio apartment with comfy bed, in a modern complex, just 20 mins walk from the city centre. Dean is friendly and helpful, and we were grateful for a late checkout. Kitchen well-equipped. Good shower. Quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment is in a great location for the Quay and City centre. Kene’s communication was great. We couldn’t find on street parking but used a car park a short walk away. Everything was as described. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Accessing the caravan was super easy, parking is right next to the caravan so made unpacking breezy. Caravan was lovely and clean including the pull out bed with fresh clean bedding, was great having the little essentials such as washing up liquid and hand soap. We only had a short stay but the amenities on site were great everything you need is there. The caravan itself is a stones throw away from the main building. All as described would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thankyou for our stay! Fab hosts!

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Lovely place, no issues. The only thing is the outdoor heated swimming pool is not open to apartment guests - we got confused as it was shown in the photos (only indoor pool and the tennis court for a small fee). The apartment and surrounding area was amazing- 5 stars all the way.

The Lodge was way above expectations despite the great reviews it already had. We were 6 adults & 2 young children- the bedrooms were perfect, roomy with ensuites- a real treat. The upstairs lounge was a kids dream with the Wendy house & sooo many toys. The Christmas tree was a fabulous bonus & made our celebrations perfect. The hot tub was brilliant & well used by us all- it was great knowing how clean & well maintained it was. The Lodge itself we could not fault. The resort itself is somewhat tired & in need of a bit of tlc. Understandably mid winter not all activities were available & we expected this but did feel that the pool facilities which we used needed maintenance. We did not expect the bar staff to be too inebriated to serve us the one evening we decided to pop up to the bar!! Other than that top marks - a long awaited family holiday that we will remember with joy. The only let down was the non-return of a left behind item that should have been easily located.

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

The accommodation was a great find, located in a super holiday village. Very clean and spotless when we arrived with super touches of homeliness. It was peaceful and relaxing with all the amenities on your doorstep. A lovely place to chill or entertain the family. The accommodation is packed with everything you could need for entertaining, picnicking or eating in.Very comfortable bedrooms and a super shower. The leisure centre had a full timetable of classes and also a fully stocked gym and decently sized swimming pool. Jodie was excellent communicating with us during our stay checking that we were happy with everything. Definitely booking again very soon. A great location for exploring the beaches and sun spots. Padstow, St Austell and even St Ives (n by train) were in easy reach.

Amazing as always! So much to do with our daughter and we felt right at home as we did last year. Abi as always is an amazing host and extremely responsive. The lodge was warm and felt just like home. The beach, activities and restaurants were great. Thanks you Abi 😄

We had a very relaxed time and Saj was super responsive and very detailed in what we needed and what was around for us to do. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and have to say lovely pillows and duvet 😁 would highly recommend

Lovely secluded spot in Cornwall, easy driving to National Trust, beaches, and other walks. Well kitted out for young children too. Sally was really helpful whenever I communicated with her, would definitely stay again.

Lovely home for our large family get together. When asked questions Elisha was very quick to respond and even recommended some lovely restaurants. We loved Penarth it’s such a lovely place to stay. We could stroll for about 20 minutes to the pier and various restaurants from the house. Also easy access into the city by train.
