Holiday rentals with an EV charger in North Devon District

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is one of the best we've slept in. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very close to beautiful walks and amenities. Only slight negative was the noise early in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast for the BandB guests in the main residence but we were not put off by this. We will definitely be returning.

Great host that took the time to recommend things to do in the local vicinity as well as Places to eat. Accommodation was lovely, very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Beautiful location, easy to find and would def recommend.

We really enjoyed a short break in this quirky property. It was clean, cosy and well-equipped, and a great base to explore the surrounding area. We walked in to Bristol (it took about an hour) but there is a regular bus service too. Nick was really welcoming and helpful. We'd be very happy to stay here again.

Excellent communication between host and myself. Brilliant Location, just minutes from the Town centre, good selection of eating & drinking places. We were glad we had the bottom flat as had a perfect Sun Trap Patio with good seating, so peaceful and relaxing. Friendly Host whom we later found out had lived at one time 1/2 mile from us. Small world!

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

I had a great stay at Rachel's place! It was exactly what I had envisioned, when I looked for a place to find rest and beauty. I felt at home from the first moment: spotlessly clean, bright, tastefully decorated. I was welcomed with Welsh cakes, a jug of fresh milk and a nice bottle of red wine. Thank you, Rachel and Aidan. Communication was always helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the closeness to the sea and great walks on the costal path. I can highly recommend the Dellside and hope to come back!

Amazing place. The rooms are clean and big, and furnitures are great. The environment is beautiful and the seaside looks brilliant. The staff Beth is very friendly and sorted our issues immediately. Definitely 5 star recommend!

Lovely apartment clean and very spacious. Kitchen well supplied everything you need in it. Great Indian restaurant nearby. Villages nearby well worth exploring. Supermarket well within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay I would highly recommend this apartment.

Combe Martin was much quieter than we remember from our last visit but was so easy to get to Ilfracombe and other places we wanted to visit. Found great places to eat and drink close by in the village, amazing walks and views and locals were all so friendly. The house was just perfect with everything we needed. It was excellent to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for my Mum, who is a bit unsteady on her feet. The log burner was easy to use and incredibly efficient, a lovely way to end the day. The kitchen was really well designed. Nic and Rick were really responsive and the check in and out was straightforward and very relaxed. Thanks Nic and Rick for a perfect weekend stay!

Toni-Ann was an excellent host from the moment we booked. She was quick to respond and so helpful. The property was exceptional, even better than the photos. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, decor and landscaping were the best I’ve seen in an Airbnb. We loved the layout of the property and the spacious rooms and smart bathrooms. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub. In the local area there was plenty to see and do. We went to Bude, Boscatle and Tintagel as well as just enjoying relaxing at the house. Great gas bbq which was really clean and all utensils were there for us to use. Highly recommend booking this beautiful, modern, well organised property with a brilliant host. Thanks for having us!

We had a brilliant stay at the townhouse! The most perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The house worked so well for our group size, each bedroom was beautiful and felt like being in a hotel but with the added bonus of lovely communal areas- big kitchen/diner and comfy lounge. Very generous with the amount of coffee/tea and biscuits provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge. The kingswood hotel was very helpful in explaining the parking and being on hand if we needed anything. Sidmouth itself is a wonderful place for a holiday and so much to do locally. We will be back!

Vanessa’s place is beautiful - so comfortable and stylish, and so well equipped - it has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s not the easiest to find in the dark but Vanessa sent the most brilliant instructions which were super helpful. It is spotlessly clean and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch. I’d highly recommend a stay at Vanessa’s place.

We absolutely loved our stay! From start to finish Christina was amazing and made our stay extra special. Great instructions and recommendations before we arrived which helped up plan our trip. The house is stunning and they have thought of everything to give you an amazing stay! Fresh milk and eggs from the local farm - which were sooo tasty! All the toiletries you could need in case you forgot anything. Beautiful little hamlet with shops a short drive away, stunning views and really comfy cottage, We stayed with our dog and two children (2 and 4), the kids loved the garden, the cat and the chickens. Christina even let our eldest hold a chicken which he is still talking about. Honestly can’t thank them enough for an incredible stay, 100% recommend. We loved that they have a door at the top of the stairs with a latch so the kids couldn’t wander the hallway and go down stairs in the night and could find our bedroom easily and safely. Thanks again x

We loved our stay this stunning, warm, home. Jo had thought of everything we might need with clear information about the house. We felt instantly "at home". It was close to beaches, Heligan, The Eden Project with places to eat, supermarkets and local towns an easy 15min drive away. Grampound clearly has an active community with a community shop and cafe in the village. Sadly the pub is closed and up for sale (let's hope the community manage to keep it running 🤞). What a great place to stay! Mark’s house is lovely, really well appointed and very comfortable. The location is beautiful and there are fantastic walks by the river. We were lucky to have fine sunny weather and could make full use of the garden and all the various spots to sit and eat. Thank you Mark for an excellent few days!

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

We loved staying here. The view was amazing and the photos didn’t do it justice. We received really helpful instructions on how to get there by car as the hill is slightly tricky to navigate but that is to be expected! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Thanks for having us, was a lovely stay. Anchors Away is a great space that is beautifully done, spotlessly clean and with quality finishes/equipment. Lovely having the outdoor area. Great spot for Torquay and Paignton. And loved the fudge - a really nice touch and treat!

Great base for visiting local area. Stephen and Fee took care of Everything and let us know all that we needed to know. Pub close by, and down the road from the beach and more restaurants, and ferry to Padstow. Great apartment.

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!

A fabulous gem tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the main Barbican high street. A two minute walk from the great restaurants and pubs, we recommend the pizzas in the Barbican Pasta Bar & The Village Restaurant for the best Dover Sole! Charles our host was very friendly and responded to any questions quickly. The flat had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and well decorated.

Photos honestly don’t do this place justice. The view is simply spectacular. The apartment is beautiful, modern and very clean. Our family of 4 spent a lovely few days exploring Cornwall and this was our base. So delighted to have found this hidden gem. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
