This house, which is made entirely of natural materials, is a 1+1 like the others and has been arranged so that you can experience the comfort of your own home with its independent entrance, private gazebo, shower-toilet, kitchen, barbecue and necessary equipment. Of course, you can take advantage of the other common facilities of the campus outside your house.

The Old Stone House was built when the island of Nisyros was under Italian occupation in the 19th century. Wonderful views to nearby islands and glimpses of Turkey. Set set in private gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the village of Mandraki. The uphill walk back is 10 min longer. A full bathroom, huge outdoor kitchen and small but refreshing pool. We are completely off grid. Solar power and solar hot water. For 2023 we have added a fabulous Glamping tent that sleeps 2. 20 m from the house

ONE OF THE DOUBLE BEDS IS LOCATED IN THE 2ND BEDROOM, EASILY ACCESSIBLE VIA A LADDER. IDEAL FOR CHILDREN. THERE ARE 2 BATHROOMS EACH WITH SHOWER AND TOILET. FURTHERMORE, A PATIO WITH AN OUTDOOR SHOWER. THE OUTDOOR AREA HAS A BEAUTIFUL TERRACE AND A LEVEL LOWER A COVERED DINING AREA.

It is house number 1 at the entrance of Gocakapı, which consists of 5 detached stone houses around a courtyard in Cumalı Village of Datça. 1 bedroom; 35 m2 of use. During your stay, you can prepare your meals in your own kitchen or in Gocakapı's shared kitchen that opens to the courtyard, cook them in your stone oven, and use the courtyard and garden as you wish. You can reach Palamutbükü, one of the best seas in Turkey, in just 5 minutes by car.

This small stone house has been restored with respect to the environment, using completely natural materials, while remaining true to the old structure. It has antique furniture made of handmade ceramics and wood removed from old Black Sea houses.
