Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kos

First of all, the rooms,bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Mr. Stefa called and gave us the location information before we arrived in Datca during the day. The staff who greeted us were also friendly.

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Everything is available at home. Everything has been thought of. Only the bathrooms need to be renovated. They're a little outdated. Other than that, everything was very nice. Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

The location of the house we stayed in is 15 minutes from Palamutbükü, easy to reach the sea, and it has a very beautiful garden that allows us to have pleasant moments in the evenings accompanied by crickets offering a moon view. We would like to thank Mr. Ersan and his family, who were very sensitive about our requests, treated us to the products they grew in their garden and made us feel at home. I recommend families with children to stay here. 💙

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

It was a very nice stay! The large terrace was wonderful and there was everything you need. I would book it again!! Thanks also to George who was very helpful and always checked on our well being.

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

Stunning 3 bedroom/ 2 Bath apartment 100% identical to the photos offer. Beds were extremely comfortable, fresh linen and bath robes were an added tough. Host was very hospitable and welcomed us with a variety of Greek snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Kos, Greece 🇬🇷

Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in: very clean apartment, matches the description, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, there's everything! Air conditioning, storage, Netflix, WiFi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for breakfast in the morning, luxury! And then there's Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, very kind who hosted us super well: advice, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST OF THE BEST, you won't be able to find better. Thanks again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment and your hosting were a real asset for a successful vacation.

Rental was possible at very short notice and spontaneously, uncomplicated, good communication. Apartment is well located, very close to the beach and center, but still quiet. On the ground floor, entrance directly next to the street, but it does not disturb. Cosily furnished, with everything you need. Highly recommended.

First of all, the house being far from the city made us very uneasy. But then Mrs. Katerina provided us with every convenience. She was very friendly and helpful. Everyone in my family was very pleased with this vacation. I would like to thank Mr. Andreas and Mrs. Katerina and then all the staff. For all their help to us. If we come once again, we will definitely stay here.

We would like to thank Mr. Veysel for everything. No matter how comfortable he is in his house, Mr. Veysel has the same comfort and comfort in Mr. Veysel's house. The houses and items are immaculate and everything that should be in a house is thought out to the last detail. The garden of the house was also a place for my children to discharge their energies. They played pleasantly. The house that can be rented without hesitation. I recommend it to everyone who is peaceful.

We were visiting Bodrum and the surrounding area, and decided to stay at Asim's villa. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The host had someone meeting us at the villa, and checked us in (and out). We got lost, but he tracked us down to make sure that we arrived at the correct location. We could not be more pleased with the villa. For those who love to watch sunset, this is a villa for you. Viewing the sunset at the villa is just incredible. The pool is beautiful (although a bit cold during this time of the year). The photos accurately describes the interior, tastefully furnished, with the amenities that you need. There is even a sauna room (but we did not use it). For those who visiting the area and want a comfortable place with a beautiful view, this is a solid choice.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, Serkan went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, and offering breathtaking views. But what truly made our trip exceptional was Serkan’s hospitality. He cooked us an absolutely delicious meal that we’re still dreaming about, and he was always available and eager to help with anything we needed. From arranging all of our transfers and car rentals to assisting with groceries and local tips, Serkan made everything seamless and stress-free. He truly couldn’t have been more helpful or more kind—he made us feel completely at home. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service, this villa (and Serkan!) is the place to be. We can’t recommend it highly enough! We will definitely be back!!!

Brilliant stay in a beautiful Villa. Very secure - accessed by private road with dedicated parking. Attentive owner who was responsive to any queries. Extremely well cleaned and maintained property especially pool which was cleaned everyday. Comfortable beds and good amenities. Property has drinking water from cold tap, washing machine, dish washer and outdoor clothes line. Despite being in a town with busy roads around the layout and design of Villa makes it extremely private and quiet with surrounding views of olive grove. Outdoor area large with many sun beds and table tennis table. Thanks again to Carole and Hilmi for such a nice stay.

Yavuz place looks exactly like the photos. We had an amazing stay, would highly recommend. Everything was squeaky clean and the place was fully organized with numerous amenities. The host was always responsive and helpful. Very close to Bodrum downtown, only 5 min car ride and 15 min walk.
