Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

This stone house, which preserves its historical texture, is located in a peaceful and quiet garden, although it is only a few steps away from the lively atmosphere of Old Datça. The house is built with traditional stone architecture and offers a warm atmosphere with its simple and natural decoration.
