Holiday rentals with a patio in Nisiros

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

Katerina has been an excellent host, always available. The accommodation is conveniently placed near the most beautiful beach in Kefalos, well furnished and equipped. I do recommend

Super location! Just a 3-minute walk to the main beach, making it incredibly convenient. The host was super nice and welcoming, and the place was very cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a fantastic place this is and couldn't fault anything about it. 5 mins walk to the beach/bars/shops/restaurants and has a great swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone and the sun shines on the balcony most of the day until it goes down in the evening. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay and I'd say you'd struggle to find anything better in Kardamena.

We loved and comfortable in this house where we stayed between August 21-26,everything was already very new and immaculate, those who care a lot about cleanliness can experience this place without thinking, we had a very sweet aunt and wife who helped us when we needed it. In the process of reaching the house, Tahsin Bey did not miss her communication. You can get to the Palamutbükü coast, which I have come once before, in 10 minutes by car and you can get your grocery needs. In this extremely quiet and serene house at night, you can also see the stars and enjoy the fragrant nature.

Great stay, good location for a beach life and strategic for travel on the island, being in the center. close to the airport . Then the difference makes it, the courtesy and hospitality of the host, which made the vacation wonderful. Thank you very, very much

The ease of getting to and from this home was SO nice! It is updated nicely, clean and well furnished. Everything was as advertised but what was above and beyond was the help from Marianna with check-in, to car rental to check out. I highly recommend this place for several people to stay.

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Emel is very welcoming, reactive and understanding. The location is a bit far away but very serene and quiet. The house was charming, the beach is 5 min. away by driving, we recommand if you have a car.

This is an extremely beautiful and authentic local stone house but with a renovated comfortable interior. The view to the sea the harbour and other islands is stunning. It’s very private you see nobody in any direction. The kitchen extremely well fitted. Marianna was sweet helpful and responsive. We even had cleaning while staying which was great. The beds comfortable and clean linens. Nisyros is a wonderful simple island in the good sense bery good food and local goat cheeses. Not run over by tourism. The path to the house is a little bit challenging but with we loved it. Totally worth the great privacy. And there’s an amazing outdoor shower.

The modern furnished apartment offers space and was super clean. There are two smaller terraces and the possibility to eat outside. The town centre is within a 5-minute walk. There are supermarkets and also smaller cafés/restaurants. We were expecting a great guest gift and the landlady took great and proactive care of us. We didn't miss anything. Thanks to rental cars, we were able to cover many beaches. The nearest one can be reached in 10 minutes. There is even a Lidl 15 minutes away. We highly recommend the apartment. There were four of us. Two adults and two children (6 and 8 years old)

This AirBnB felt more like home than a place to stay on vacation and that was largely to do not only with Katarina but the team at the wonderful Euphoria Spa right beside it and the family run Anemos restaurant which I ate at everyday. The location of the apartment is out of the hustle and bustle and right next to my favourite beach with gorgeous mountains above it. It really is a special area. The apartment was so clean with special attention given the day after a rain by Mrs Valentina. I felt truly cared about at this place and safe as a solo traveller. The washing machine was a god-send. Would absolutely stay again.

It was a peaceful, calm and reliable village. Ms. Oya took a close interest and we received quick responses to all our questions. There's everything you're looking for at home

My husband and 2 boys came out to Greece to meet our daughter and granddaughter. We all came to the villa and could not fault anything. The boys loved playing chess. Enjoyed good BBQs in the garden. We could walk to Malibu beach in 20 mins which has a free pool and bar. Anytime we messaged the hosts they was quick to reply to our questions. Clean and spotless throughout. Granddaughter 4 months was comfy in the cot provided by hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much we had an amazing week

Anna is one of the most responsive and accommodating host i have come across. She had taken care of all small things that might be needed by the tenants. The property was walking distance away from Kos airport. Extremely happy!
