Charming dog-friendly cottage (dog hatch in the back door to an escape-proof dog yard and fenced garden. Renovated in 2023 and stylishly decorated and with low-energy appliances. Beautiful large garden, close to the city and with a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most beautiful sandy & bathing beaches. A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. We look forward to meeting you :-)
