The house: Lovely living room, furnished with wood-burning stove, chromecast TV and nice dining area. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. 2 bedrooms - 1) double bed and 2) 2 single beds. In addition: A cozy alcove in the living room with two sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower. Outside: Large lovely garden, several terraces, as well as easy parking. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS CHARGED AFTER STAYS WITH 3.95 KR/kWH

Summer house Lærkereden

Welcome to our self-built 120m2 cottage. We built the summerhouse in 2023-24, with the aim of creating a unique place where freedom and good atmosphere are central elements. The house has 4 rooms, two high hills, a multi-room with pool table, kitchen family room and sofa living room. Outside there is a 105m2 terrace, a large table and barbecue. The house can have up to 13 overnight stays, but is ideal for 8-10 people. The house is our eyestone that we are happy to share with others. We hope guests take good care of our nugget.

There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
