Adrien absolutely saved us last night. We found ourselves in Wanaka without accommodation (my mistake with a hotel booking) at 7pm. By 7.20pm, after a search on AirBnB, we were checked into his lovely apartment. It was well fitted out and everything was immaculate - homely but uncluttered which is a fine balance. It would be very comfortable for 4 people and for a longer stay. Great location for walking into town and off-road parking. I would certainly recommend!

This was such a great find, super walkable to great restaurants and cafes! The beds were super comfortable and communication was seamless! Wish I had booked more nights!

We booked this last minute as our itinerary had changed. Check in was super easy. Since we arrived rather late, we made use of the supermarket in walking distance and were able to cook dinner (since all the restaurants were already closed). This home was super close to the town making our short, quick stay even easier.

Place was as described and it was conveniently located next to downtown.

Wow. This experience probably completely made our trip coming through Wellington. Finding a dog friendly hotel, bang in the middle of Wellington, opposite Te Pappa and the markets was amazing. Not only dog friendly puppy a bed and puppy treat and honoured welcome was so cool. I manage five dog friendly beachfront properties and know that people that travel with dogs are generally people that have well trained dogs that are brilliant travellers. The impact is minimal yet the reward is great ad it's brilliant to see how many accommodation providers have realised this post pandemic when there were so many travelling with their pets. U Residences take it to the next level and provide wonderful apartments, balconies, great beds and linens and bathrooms that you would expect from a start rated hotel and top it all off with breakfast included and second to none communication. OOOh and it the best location walkable to everywhere. Don't miss the chance to stay here...
