Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Neukölln

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Berlin und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt und Highlights sind natürlich die beiden Balkone (einer nach hinten mit Blick ins Grüne und Sicht auf den Fernsehturm!). Reannon war immer schnell erreichbar und flexibel. Durch unsere Bahnverspätung kamen wir mitten in der Nacht an, was aber glücklicherweise kein Problem war, vielen Dank nochmal!

Lovely stay in a great location in Pankow. Great coffee too - just upgrade your machine so the baristas can work their magic even more 😉

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Ayant vécu une mésaventure sur mon début de séjour à Berlin, il a fallu que je me rabatte dans un nouveau logement et ai fait un excellent choix pour cette appartement chaleureux et atypique par sa réfection, style et décoration. On s'y sent bien et c'est tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Le propriétaire est charmant, disponible et arrangeant. Je recommande les yeux fermés. La voisine est charmante et la situation est parfaite et très bien desservie.

Awesome stay. Was in Berlin for the marathon and will be attending next year and staying in this beautiful home. Isabell was great providing us with clear instructions and local recommendations. Super responsive and very friendly!

Really nice apartment with everything you need and located in a vibrant neighborhood.

Alex apartment is really nice and clean. Alex himself is such a friendly and helpful guy who wants you to be comfortable is his flat. The apt is next to a busstop, which takes you to Haubtbahnhof in 25 minutes. 10 minutes walk is the subway to the centre of Berlin (Alexanderplatz for example). But the area of the apt itself is also gret with a lots of restaurants, shops, playgrounds for kids and markets. The apt is bright and the balcony is nice for fresh air (the apt is very cool if its hot outside).

Sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, liebevolle Einrichtung. Da wir eine weite Anreise hatten war es gut, das Michael bei dem Check in sehr flexibel war :)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt mit vier Generationen und waren alle rundum begeistert! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben – ein echtes Zuhause auf Zeit. Besonders für Kinder ist es ein wahres Paradies, mit vielen tollen Spielzeugen. Mit den Kapla-Steinen hatten wir alle gemeinsam – Jung und Alt – richtig viel Spaß! Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Familienfeier direkt um die Ecke und hat uns den Aufenthalt zusätzlich versüßt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein – bei schönem Wetter haben wir sogar den Grill angeworfen. Die herzliche Kommunikation mit Stefan und seiner Familie hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Es war schön zu erleben, wie bei diesem Gastgeber der ursprüngliche Airbnb-Gedanke gelebt wird: Urlaub machen, wo andere zu Hause sind. Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und liegt sehr ruhig. Man sollte wissen, dass es nur eine Toilette unten gibt und man eine schmale Wendeltreppe nach unten gehen muss, wenn man oben schläft. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Lydia und der flexible Checkin mit Schlüsselsafe war perfekt.

Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt – von der Kommunikation bis zum Check-in. Gastgeber Peter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The communication with the hostess was friendly and informative. We felt that she really cared about us as guests. We really felt like home during our stay there.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

The flat is spacious, clean and a very organised modern flat located in a quiet block. Everything we needed was available in the flat and access was very straightforward. The location is fantastic, we usually chose the longer walk to Treptower Station through the park as it is a nice diverse walk near the river. Treptower is close to the city by S-bahn and the S41/42 ring line which was ideal. Parking was directly across the road which was very helpful. There are 2 shops, an Italian restaurant(which I would recommend) and a pharmacy nearby. Janina is a great communicator and the instructions were very clear and thank you for being so flexible. We are regular users of self catering accommodation and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at in the last 5 years. Unfortunately, because Berlin is so amazing we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked in the flat but when we return we will happily stay again if available. Una tra i migliori appartamenti finora prenotati. Posto in una zona residenziale di Berlino, tranquilla e verde. Facilmente raggiungibili i mezzi pubblici (5 minuti a piedi per S-Bahn, autobus sotto casa). Parcheggio coperto. Facile ingresso con ascensore. Un appartamento vivo (balcone ricco di piante), spazioso e luminoso. Grado di pulizia ottimo. Cucina funzionale come quella di una casa vera. Due bagni ben strutturati. Host gentile e reattiva, ottimi consigli e indicazioni.

Wir haben uns gleich heimisch gefühlt in der Wohnung der Familie. Schön, dass es diese Möglichkeit der Eigenvermietung noch gibt.

This place was awesome! Clean, comfortable, and quiet—the perfect combination for a relaxing stay during my business trip. It’s conveniently located right next to a local market that has everything you might need. The lofted bed felt like sleeping in the clouds, and climbing the four flights of stairs each day turned into a much-needed workout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a laptop docking station with a monitor—it made getting work done so much easier. And to top it all off, I was thrilled to witness a bird nesting in the window planter—a beautiful and unexpected glimpse of nature that made the stay truly memorable.

Vi (et par og en hund) hadde et 4 ukers opphold i leiligheten og er strålende fornøyd. Topp beliggenhet i Bötzowkiez med hyggelige kafeer, restauranter og forskjellige butikker rett i nærheten, men likevel et veldig rolig strøk hvor også mange familier bor. 5 min gangavstand til fine Friedrichshain Volkspark. Leiligheten ligger i 5. etasje (med heis), er veldig romslig, lys og rolig, fint og moderne innredet og har alt man trenger og for å føle seg hjemme. Leiligheten og kommunikasjonen med verten får våre varmeste anbefalinger.

Bei Zack zu wohnen ist wahres Airbnb feeling. Zack ist sehr authentisch und die Kommunikation ist schnell und unkompliziert. Wer in einer Wohnung wohnen möchte, die gut an das öffentliche Netz, angebunden ist, die ruhig, zentral ist und eine künstlerischen Atmosphäre ausstrahlt mit viel Liebe zum Detail, ist bei Zack genau richtig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder🫶🏽
