Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Neukölln

Dörte welcomed us kindly, helpful even carrying things in👍☺️. We were shown and explained everything worth knowing. Cottage was very lovingly decorated, felt right at home. Everything you need for daily use on vacation. Terrace and the view of the canal was awesome. Thank you and I'm sure you'll be back 😉☺️

Townhouse in a quiet residential area. Shopping and train station are within walking distance. Superbly equipped accommodation for a getaway with young children. Toys, board games and children's books made for enthusiasm.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

The four of us did workation in Rico's place and it was great for that! In addition, we had great weather and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! What we may have missed or misread that the accommodation is very close to the water, but that there is no proper access and the nearest swimming spot is a bit away (about 3km). Otherwise, there are two small places where you can see the lake (about 10 minutes walk) But otherwise everything is regulated by private entrances. Nevertheless, it was really nice and the house has everything you need! Also a nice terrace to eat outside, a garden with space. So really great!

Jan's house is perfectly located within walking distance of the tram lines, you can easily get to the middle. It's very quiet, the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

As a family (m58, w59, w24, w16) with different needs, expectations and activities for a week in Potsdam and surroundings, we felt very welcome and comfortable in contact with our hosts and were able to unfold us all at will. The location is ideal, the house fully equipped, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. An excellent choice we made!

Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a very nice stay at Charlotte's, the apartment is in a quiet location and is easily accessible by bike and public transport. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated, has a nice outdoor seating area and everything you need to have a nice time. The communication with Charlotte also went smoothly, we were able to communicate nicely after her vacation:) Thank you for the wonderful time!

Enjoyed my stay very much! Typical berlin apartment that has everything you would need. The apartment suited me great for working from home as well. Loads of places to eat in the area with the u-bahn 30 sec from away and also fairly close to tempelhof which I enojyed! If you don't mind climbing the stairs to the apartment on the top-floor of the building I recommend booking this 100%!!

Very nice and quiet located apartment with lovely rooftop terrace. Very flexible and welcoming host. The area is not that interesting, but we knew that in advance.

Sabine's apartment is very central and at the same time quiet, as it is located in the back (garden house). I was personally & warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable in the apartment. When the weather is nice, the terrace is certainly ideal to end the evening.

Great and comfortable stay! The location is excellent, tram stop just a short walk away. The penthouse has lots of space and was nicely decorated. The sofa bed was fine for a short stay. The hosts were super nice on messages and helped us with a late checkout.

We really enjoyed staying in Anna's place. It was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for a family of two adults and two teens. Walking distance to the nearest train stations to the city, quiet and comfortable.

Maik is an extremely friendly host, very flexible to arrange arrival, very reactive to requests. The room is very comfy, private, calm and the house in a peaceful environment ; my only regret is not having the proper weather to enjoy the garden and swimming pool during my short stay.

Rochus and his dog were excellent hosts, very kind, patient and nice. The house is beautiful and with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It is very well connected with public transport, there are some supermarkets around the area and in general it is a cozy and quiet place. We recommend it.

The house of Ole and his family is really spacious and comfortable. We, a family with three kids between 3 and 14 years old, had a lovely stay. Everything we needed was supplied - two large bathrooms, two showers, a bathtub and a washing machine made life easy for everyone. The garden is super cozy and our 3 years old had so much fun on the slides and the older kids enjoyed the trampoline while I sipped my coffee in the hammock tied to the apple tree. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook your own meals. It’s easy to reach the city center by car from the house. The closest S-bahn station is less than 10 minutes walk away. Most importantly though - Ole is a wonderful and friendly host, easy to reach and always positive. This house is a top recommendation.

ベルリン中心地にもアクセスしやすく、リモートワークも快適にできました。鳥の声がよく聞こえ、夜も静かでベッドも大きくて快適でした。オーナー親子も気さくで飾らない方なので、気を使いすぎる必要もなく自由に生活できます。猫のミントにもとても癒やされました。また会いに行きたいです。 It was easy to access the center of Berlin, and I was able to work remotely comfortably. The sound of birds was often heard, and it was very quiet at night. The bed was large and comfortable. The owner and her daughter are very friendly and down-to-earth, so I didn't have to worry about being overly formal and could live freely. I was also really comforted by their cat, Minze. I would love to visit to see them again.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house. We were warmly greeted with fresh flowers, a card and a bottle of sparkling wine. We felt immediately comfortable. There was everything your heart desires. The house is decorated with a lot of love and it looks exactly like the pictures. Thanks for the unforgettable time

The 2 months I spent with Katja were very pleasant and great for me. Katja and her daughter are totally lovely people and welcomed me warmly. The location of the accommodation is nice and quiet and you can get to the nearest S-Bahn station in the direction of Berlin quickly and easily. I felt right at home in the house & would come back every time!

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.
