I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. The apartment has a large room with double bed (160x200), cozy couch and armchair, TV (Bang&Olufsen), Amazon FireTV, WiFi (200Mbps), dining table, wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. Situated in Neukölln, it is very close to a vibrant bar scene and via the S Bahn nothing in Berlin is further than 30 min. Rate includes 7,5% city tax PLUS 15.5% airbnb fees (23% in total). If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift.

Our work studio has a total area of about 50 m2, plus a terrace, a bathroom, a kitchen and a bed measuring 140x200 cm. From the 5th floor, the view is of a green sea of trees. But there is no lift! Since the studio is under the roof, it can get quite warm during periods of heat. We have two good fans and blinds on the windows. There are a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars in the surrounding area. Tempelhofer Feld, the former Berlin airport, is a 5-minute walk away.

Our duplex apartment is located in a very central location in the heart of Neukölln, one of the most exciting areas of Berlin full of cafes, bars and excellent restaurants.
