The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and closed, so you can take a break from street life. It is equipped with a bunk bed (160x200cm lying area), a sofa bed (120x200cm) and mini-kitchen (two cooking areas, small fridge, kettle, pots, etc.) a table with three chairs and a sitting area.

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!
