Es gibt aber keinen Fahrstuhl! Im Umkreis gibt es eine Vielfalt an Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. In 5 Minuten geht man zum Tempelhofer Feld, dem ehemaligen Berliner Flughafen. Mit der U8 kommt man in 15 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz, mit der S-Ringbahn in 20 Minuten nach Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf und Charlottenburg.

Fußläufig finden sich das Tempelhofer Feld, der S Hermannstraße, der Flohmarkt am Kranoldplatz sowie der Schillerkiez.
