Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Neukölln

We had a great time in Berlin and felt very comfortable in the apartment! The location is perfect and the highlights are of course the two balconies (one at the back with a view of the countryside and a view of the TV tower!). Reannon was always quick to reach and flexible. Due to our train delay, we arrived in the middle of the night, but fortunately that was not a problem, thank you again!

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Really nice apartment with everything you need and located in a vibrant neighborhood.

Alex apartment is really nice and clean. Alex himself is such a friendly and helpful guy who wants you to be comfortable is his flat. The apt is next to a busstop, which takes you to Haubtbahnhof in 25 minutes. 10 minutes walk is the subway to the centre of Berlin (Alexanderplatz for example). But the area of the apt itself is also gret with a lots of restaurants, shops, playgrounds for kids and markets. The apt is bright and the balcony is nice for fresh air (the apt is very cool if its hot outside).

We had a wonderful stay with four generations and were all absolutely delighted! The house is very cozy and exactly as described – a real home away from home. Especially for children it is a true paradise, with lots of great toys. We all had fun with the Kapla stones – young and old! The location was perfect for our family celebration right around the corner and made our stay even better. The kitchen is well equipped, and the garden invites you to linger – in nice weather we even turned on the barbecue. The warm communication with Stefan and his family made us feel really welcome. It was nice to experience how this host lives the original Airbnb idea: vacationing where others are at home. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation!

The accommodation is exactly as described and is very quiet. You should know that there is only one toilet downstairs and you have to go down a narrow spiral staircase if you sleep upstairs. Everything was very clean. The communication with Lydia and the flexible check-in with key safe was perfect.

The communication with the hostess was friendly and informative. We felt that she really cared about us as guests. We really felt like home during our stay there.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

The flat is spacious, clean and a very organised modern flat located in a quiet block. Everything we needed was available in the flat and access was very straightforward. The location is fantastic, we usually chose the longer walk to Treptower Station through the park as it is a nice diverse walk near the river. Treptower is close to the city by S-bahn and the S41/42 ring line which was ideal. Parking was directly across the road which was very helpful. There are 2 shops, an Italian restaurant(which I would recommend) and a pharmacy nearby. Janina is a great communicator and the instructions were very clear and thank you for being so flexible. We are regular users of self catering accommodation and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at in the last 5 years. Unfortunately, because Berlin is so amazing we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked in the flat but when we return we will happily stay again if available. would definitely recommend especially if you are travelling with kids and family. Berlin city center is reachable via S1 or bus plus tram.

This place was awesome! Clean, comfortable, and quiet—the perfect combination for a relaxing stay during my business trip. It’s conveniently located right next to a local market that has everything you might need. The lofted bed felt like sleeping in the clouds, and climbing the four flights of stairs each day turned into a much-needed workout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a laptop docking station with a monitor—it made getting work done so much easier. And to top it all off, I was thrilled to witness a bird nesting in the window planter—a beautiful and unexpected glimpse of nature that made the stay truly memorable.

We (a couple and a dog) had a 4 week stay in the apartment and are delighted. Top location in Bötzowkiez with nice cafes, restaurants and different shops right nearby, yet a very quiet neighborhood where also many families live. 5 min walking distance to nice Friedrichshain Volkspark. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), is very spacious, bright and quiet, nice and modern decorated and has everything you need and to feel at home. The apartment and communication with the host get our warmest recommendations.

Zacks place is lovely and transportation around the city was very convenient. Lots of good restaurants and grocery shops close by too! Zack was friendly and communicated quickly:)
