The Villa offers a swimming pool for exclusive use, a large equipped garden (sunbeds, children's games, patio, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue...) and a hot tub (with an extra charge of €50 per day; not currently available). On the ground floor, there is a double living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a large terrace with a sitting area, 2 bathrooms. It is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the sun and the pool, about 1km from the sea.

Villa Kinga is about 100 meters from the sea and about 250 meters from the Marechiaro train station. The 65 sqm Villa Kinga 2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom. Outside, on the patio, there is a private Jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool shared with guests of the Villa Kinga 1 apartment. For greater privacy, you can rent both apartments, which can be connected through a door, and have the entire villa to yourself

The farmhouse "Casale del Gelso" is located in the countryside of Parco dei Castelli Romani, just a 4 kilometers from the center of Ariccia and Genzano di Roma, only 25 minutes by train, you can reach the center of Rome. All amenities are close by, but a car is needed to get around. Strategic location for reaching Naples (2 hours by train) and Pompeii. The farmhouse is located 10 minutes from Nemi with its Lake, 15 minutes from Albano and Castel Gandolfo, only 30 minutes from the sea.

By the Sea

Villa with independent entrance; on the ground floor the double living room, the kitchen, the large bathroom with shower and the spacious veranda connected with the kitchen and the garden equipped and for exclusive use. On the first floor there is a double and a twin room, both with balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub. On request there is a cot and/or cot for the double bedroom and a fifth openable bed in the living room. Parking is easy and free in the street in front.

Presidential villa, swimming pool + barbecue, 300 m from the sea

Presidential villa on 2 levels, with a large veranda where you can stay and eat, also using the barbecue available. 1,500m2 garden with trees and 11x5m swimming pool with trampoline and slide. Included in the price is a weekly gardener for 2h and a pool water check. On the main floor there is a large living room, a very bright veranda, laundry room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are 5 rooms with 4 bathrooms equipped with bidet and bathtub or shower.

Il Melograno: Tourist Accommodation

Il Melograno is an independent vacation home but adjacent to the owners' home and has private parking. The house, 80 sqm, has two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. The house is in a quiet area 2 km from the sea and the center of Nettuno. It has a large garden where adults can relax and children can play in complete freedom and safety. There is a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven in the garden.
