Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nettuno

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. It's a gesture we'll never forget. the location is beautiful, we spent a lot of time at the beach which is just a few meters from the house. thank you Sylvia

Perfect place for a few nights

This is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. The house is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished, with a well-appointed kitchen featuring new appliances. The spacious outdoor area is a real highlight and would be especially lovely in the warmer months. Located in a quiet corner of the town, it offers great proximity to the beach and local restaurants. The property is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring comfort in any season. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host, Massimo, was extremely responsive to all initial questions, making the arrival experience seamless. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

The house is equipped with everything and more. In addition to the classic accessories found in many (but not all) accommodations (hairdryer, iron, drying rack, kitchen accessories...) here there is the world... hair straightener, immersion blender, thermal bag for the beach, food containers, anti-insect bite stick, Xbox😲... Every time we needed something, it was there! The house was very clean, the garden was wonderful with a hammock to enjoy the cool evenings. The barbecue area is equipped with everything. And last but not least, everything you need for the beach: umbrella, deckchair, beach towels. There are not many shops but there is everything you need and a stone's throw away, including an ice cream parlor and a restaurant that's not bad. The sea is not very close but easily reachable in a few minutes by car (free parking not difficult to find) or with the electric bikes made available. Mauro and Vladimira were two delightful people, present but discreet. I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The home and yard is so beautiful, we could spend days looking at the scenery. Thank you for the welcome cookies and cake. They were delicious. Grazie!

Alessio's chalet is the ideal place if you love contact with nature and animals. Equipped with everything you need and very clean. A strategic point if you want to visit Rome but rest away from the chaos of the city, it is also close to the sea and the Roman castles. We had a very good time, Alessio is an attentive, kind and always available host. We hope to be back soon, we're already missing.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We had a very lovely stay in Walter‘s flat, everything was as described and the handbook Walter gave us, was very helpful. The flat is also very cozy because there is a lot of decorations etc. The garden was well covered from the sun so you could also spend time outside during lunchtime/siestatime although it was around 35 degrees. If you want to go to the beach everyday and you are by foot, it is a bit of a walk to get there (in the heat of summer). The spiaggia and the little town of Nettuno is very nice and worth a visit!

We are very satisfied. Large, spacious apartment. Expansive deck overlooking the sea. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. We'll try to come back. Great.

Probably one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed in. The photos don’t really do it justice. We highly highly highly recommend. The rooftop kitchen and balcony is like a dream. The location literally can’t get better. Just be aware that there is a 4 story climb up stairs but well well worth it. There is a loft for luggage though which is great. Amazing hosts who were extremely helpful.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!
