A friendly cottage in Genzano near a beautiful lagoon, very friendly in a very charming old building

Magnificent experience felt like home!!! The house is really very spacious, bright and above all very clean... Marco was a bright guy and always ready to meet any request he made, but above all very friendly... he opened his house to us and treated us not as guests but as true friends!!!

This beachfront apartment is perfectly positioned for a restful break on a sandy 22 mile beach. The accommodation has everything you could need and having a washing machine was really helpful. Monica was extremely helpful as was a neighbour checking we were OK and if we needed anything. We went at the end of September when the town was quieter and didn't see anyone there who wasn't Italian The local restaurants start from about 500m away with most about a 20 minute walk We had really lovely food and prices were very reasonable both in restaurants and the local supermarket. We ate twice at the fish restaurant Fedele and would highly recommend it. All in all this accommodation is a real gem and we had a wonderful time.

We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. Many thanks to Karen&Giacomo for the valuable tips on visiting Rome, the beach and staying here in the apartment, you are very committed to making sure your guests are well. That's wonderful. Our family really enjoyed staying here, it was a bit like a home of their own. The apartment is absolutely clean, super stylishly furnished and has a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy at any meal. We would very much like to recommend this apartment to others. We had a great stay, the place is absolutlly fantastic with amazing view first line at the beach,amazing sunset, super clean , huge teraces and the host very responsive and friendly. The apartament is equiped with everithing that you need and even more. Walking distance there are a lot of great restaurants ,shops , supermarkets and a lot of things to do. For sure its a place where you feel like home so we trully recomend it and we will come again as soon as we can . We even received beers, wather and a lot of drinks . Thank you so much Joseph and for your father also ! Keep the great work that you do! Its amazing when you meet people and places like this !

Very nice hosts who were proactively concerned about my well-being. The nearby lake is a dream and I visited frequently. Unfortunately, the Internet was very weak, but that was openly communicated beforehand, so I don't object to that.

Clean and appears as advertised. Khalil was responsive and helpful.

The Perle di Mare, was a perfect place for us to stay. Great security at the apartment building. It was close to the Train Station, the center of town, beaches. Great restaurants close to several grocery stores and other stores for shopping. And for me it was a fantastic place because it was close to my cousin's home with in walking distance just a few blocks from each of them. If I come back I would stay there again. Giulia was a fantastic host answered all my concerns with in few minutes. I would give her a 5 star rating.

Amazing views of the lake! Peace and quiet. Very quiet, very comfortable to sleep at night. The property is an old building of 2 floors with high ceilings, spacious and comfortable. This is not a modern hotel, but a place with history and charm. It added flavor to our vacation. The house was very clean with everything you need. Self check-in was very convenient and clear. Hosts are always available, attentive and good-natured, answering all questions instantly. There is free parking nearby, where there is always a place. The village of Nemi is a 5-minute walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and just beautiful views. The village itself is very colorful and atmospheric.

Lovely apartment with huge balcony overlooking the sea. You’re on the beach in less than 5 minutes walk. Lucilla is very helpful and friendly. Kitchen is well-equipped.

The apartment is perfect! It has everything you need for long stays of more than a week and more! Very well equipped, all the amenities in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Washing machine, clothesline, oven, utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. etc.! The rooms are huge and with excellent heating! If you come by car, you have your parking spot or 4 blocks walk to the buses. The area is good for walking and enjoying the peace and nature in the surroundings, especially the road to Genzano, which is beautiful! Highly recommended! We'd come back a thousand times! Thanks to Stefania and Marina who welcomed us and were attentive to our contact upon arrival and departure. Everything worked out great. We spent 3 wonderful weeks!!

Quiet and peaceful area. The accommodation was smaller than we expected, but suited us perfectly. The beds were super comfy. The beach was right outside the patio gate, wonderful nice sandy beach. There is a small shop right by the apartment, and Abdul who worked there was incredibly helpful. Since the communication was bad, he drove us the times we wanted to go somewhere. If we ever come back to Torvaianica, we will be sure to stay here again.

What a location! Right on the beach which is great with kids. Public parking directly on the street of the apartment. Street, however, is the access to the beach, so be careful and park your car near the wall. There are some good restaurants in the area, but the walk is about 20-30 minutes. But it didn't bother us. The location directly on the beach means that there are also people on the beach in the evening, which occasionally brings with it a certain level of noise. Hardly any foreign tourists on site, but many warm and nice Italians. We enjoyed it very much.

I travelled with my family by car and it was important to get a private parking space which was provided by Pepe. In the apartment we felt like home, we found everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast on a balcony with stunning sea view was worthless. Special thanks to Francesca for her responsiveness!

If Torvaianica is your sea destination, this apartment is located close to the beach, fully renovated, nice kitchen. Two bathrooms and a big private balcony are really useful.

Francesco is a wonderful host. He is very helpful and responds quickly to messages. We also got several great tips on things to experience in the city. The apartment has a great location in the center of Nettuno. Description and photos of the home match well with reality. The private terrace is fantastic and it is useful with access to washing machine and the possibility of drying clothes. Supermarket and cozy eateries are in the immediate vicinity. There is a short way to the beach. On a hot summer day, we could want AC instead of just a fan in the bedroom. Especially because we had to have windows open, and then there was a bit of noise at night from the cozy atmosphere from the square outside. Regardless of this, we would be happy to come back. This place can be highly recommended!

I'll never stop thanking Caroline for her deep hospitality and kindness to me and my family. I traveled with an infant and immediately felt at home, she even provided us with personal cleaning products and clothes. Everything clean, spacious rooms and a super quiet area. It is a house really equipped with all the comforts and only a 5 minute walk to the sea. I highly recommend it . See you next time !!!

Fabio is the ideal host and true expression of the concept of sharing and opening up his spaces (entire apartment) with those, like me in this case, who book and choose his accommodation. Present if necessary and at the same time discreet, helpful and flexible: his advice is useful and valuable. Clean, functional home equipped with all the basic comforts, welcoming and pleasant to live in: rooms with identity and personality and then from the master bedroom the view is 10 out of 10 with sea views. Highly recommended

Thank you so much for us We've had an amazing stay The apartment was great and clean. It has 2 bathrooms which is perfect for a family . Hosting has been very helpful and accommodating and we highly recommend them. A short distance to nice beaches, the city and the neighboring town of Nettuno. The place is also close to the train station which was very convenient. Low noise both during the day and evening. We have enjoyed ourselves very much and would love to come back.
