We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

Courteous host,immediately available for every need, pleasant interactions. The apartment is even nicer in real life than in photos,there are many closets,the washing machine and above all the dryer are priceless. The mattress for me is very comfortable(very soft, I would say memory). The house is in the middle of shops,bars and restaurants, in the center of life,but with the windows closed it seems to be on an hermitage:they block all the noise and there is a fabulous silence;the rooms overlook the back/inner courtyard so even with the windows open it is quiet,the bathroom overlooks the square(where there is a lot of day and night life) and protruding from there you can see the sea. It is very close to the beach,there are also two restaurants of the AIC circuit that can be reached on foot in a few minutes for celiacs like me. Ostia Lido Centro station is a 10-minute walk away(there is also a bus but we never took it)and in halfanhour you are in Rome with 1.50€ of ticket(they are the same tickets in Rome). The area seemed safe to us. To go back.

We stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and it was a really wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, subway, shops, and restaurants, making every trip simple and enjoyable. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person, always ready to give us great advice that allowed us to make the most of our vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in a welcoming and well-organized environment. Thank you so much for everything!

It was a great stay from beginning to end. Luciana and Vincenzo were kind and helpful during our stay. The location was very convenient, having a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants, public transportation, and Ostia antica nearby.

Seriousness and professionalism

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Mapy is a very friendly host and made us very welcome from start to finish. Always available when we asked her a question. Her flat has everything you need for two people (except maybe a soap holder inside the shower;) , the bed is very comfortable , there was water in the fridge , the area is quiet and the outside space and terrace upstairs are a real bonus with lots of plants and decorations and deckchairs to relax+ table and chairs under shade to have breakfast or aperitivo:) The area is not very pretty but there are lovely private beaches , the flat is close to Cristoforo Colombo station (40 min into Rome) and Mapy’s place is a small piece of heaven!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Hi, for us Andrea was a perfect host.. Always replying on time/ friendly/ supporting/.. The location was beautiful.. Private garden with bbq and close to the sea.. The house was clean and everything was available.. We had a very good time there!! J* from Belgium

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Nadia was a wonderful host! I had so many questions and she was super helpful right away! The place is beautiful! Right in the perfect spot to be around events and things, but also have some privacy. Also, It has anything you need to cook a good meal! I definitely recommend staying here!

Recently renovated and very clean house and very proactive host, a 5-minute walk from the beach and convenient to all catering and logistics services, a 10-minute walk from the railway station.

This property is at one of the prime locations in Ostia with very close distance to the pier, restaurants and stores. It was well lit, clean, spacious and quiet. Isabella was very responsive and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. The place as described . Very easy to reach Rome by bus . Beach is just 5 mins walk. Roberto is always very responsive with clear information . Worth the sea view stay . The place is thoughtfully decorated with paintings .

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

We used the train a lot. Rome took about 40 minutes by train. 15 minute walk to train station. Rome was so busy that it was great to get back to Lido Di Ostia. We loved the town and walked all over. Lots of great restaurants close by and gelato stores. Everyone was so friendly. We did find that on the train that the Ostia Antica stop had an archaeological site. It is 4 km long city. We really loved it. It is a whole town from 2500 years ago. That was one of the best places we visited. I felt terrible leaving because it felt like home. Would highly recommend staying there.
