Waterfront holiday rentals in Nettuno

El departamento esta muy cerca del metro Ostia Centro. Cumple con todas las descripciones me permitió llegar muy rápido a los lugares más concurridos. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí de nuevo.

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

Host cortese,subito disponibile per ogni evenienza,interazioni piacevoli. L’appartamento è ancora più carino dal vivo che in foto,ci sono tanti armadi,la lavatrice e soprattutto l’asciugatrice sono impagabili. Il materasso per me è comodissimo(molto morbido,memory direi). La casa è in mezzo a negozi,bar e ristoranti,al centro della vita,ma con le finestre chiuse sembra di stare su un eremo:bloccano tutto il rumore e c’è un silenzio favoloso;le stanze danno sul retro/cortile interno quindi anche con le finestre aperte è tranquillo,il bagno dà sulla piazza(dove c’è molta vita diurna e notturna) e sporgendosi da lì si vede il mare. È vicinissimo alla spiaggia,ci sono anche due ristoranti del circuito AIC raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti per i celiaci come me. La stazione di Ostia Lido Centro è a 10 min a piedi(c’è anche un autobus ma non l’abbiamo mai preso)e in mezz’ora si è a Roma con 1.50€ di biglietto(sono gli stessi biglietti di Roma). La zona ci è parsa sicura. Da tornarci.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

It was perfectly located for our stay and met and exceeded our expectations. Parking was also very easy. Lovely view of the beachfront as well as close proximity to station and therefor allowed good access to Rome. With Thanks!

It was a great stay from beginning to end. Luciana and Vincenzo were kind and helpful during our stay. The location was very convenient, having a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants, public transportation, and Ostia antica nearby.

Serietà e professionalità

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Vi bodde en uke i Francescos komfortable leilighet. Gangavstand til alt! Du går til/fra togstasjonen, to bystrender, finner dusinvis av restauranter og barer, matbutikker og andre små, artige butikker. Leiligheten var svært velholdt og har alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold i Anzio. Anbefales! Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert! Anzio er også en sjarmerende og avslappende by å være i, bare en times togtur unna Roma.

Esperienza super positiva! Appartamento spazioso e pulizia impeccabile, per non parlare della gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host Matteo che mi ha consigliato anche dei posti per mangiare. La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda ed è facile da raggiungere con i mezzi. Tornerò sicuramente

Mapy is a very friendly host and made us very welcome from start to finish. Always available when we asked her a question. Her flat has everything you need for two people (except maybe a soap holder inside the shower;) , the bed is very comfortable , there was water in the fridge , the area is quiet and the outside space and terrace upstairs are a real bonus with lots of plants and decorations and deckchairs to relax+ table and chairs under shade to have breakfast or aperitivo:) The area is not very pretty but there are lovely private beaches , the flat is close to Cristoforo Colombo station (40 min into Rome) and Mapy’s place is a small piece of heaven!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Hi, for us Andrea was a perfect host.. Always replying on time/ friendly/ supporting/.. The location was beautiful.. Private garden with bbq and close to the sea.. The house was clean and everything was available.. We had a very good time there!! J* from Belgium

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Nadia was a wonderful host! I had so many questions and she was super helpful right away! The place is beautiful! Right in the perfect spot to be around events and things, but also have some privacy. Also, It has anything you need to cook a good meal! I definitely recommend staying here!

Casa recentemente ristrutturata e molto pulita ed host molto proattivo, location a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e comodo a tutti i servizi di ristorazione e logistica, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferrioviaria.

Alloggio fresco e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, come da foto e descrizione. Ottima posizione con ampia possibilità di parcheggio (nei periodi tranquilli dell’anno), e vicino alla zona pedonale con negozi e ristoranti. Isabella reattiva e flessibile negli orari di check-in/check-out.

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

L’appartamento di Roberto si trova a davvero due passi dal mare, con a disposizione sia una spiaggia libera che un Lido storico con bar e ristorante. Dentro la casa è arredata con gusto, molto pulita e in una zona silenziosa, a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale - una piacevole passeggiata in piano.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

We used the train a lot. Rome took about 40 minutes by train. 15 minute walk to train station. Rome was so busy that it was great to get back to Lido Di Ostia. We loved the town and walked all over. Lots of great restaurants close by and gelato stores. Everyone was so friendly. We did find that on the train that the Ostia Antica stop had an archaeological site. It is 4 km long city. We really loved it. It is a whole town from 2500 years ago. That was one of the best places we visited. I felt terrible leaving because it felt like home. Would highly recommend staying there.
