Il Melograno is an independent vacation home but adjacent to the owners' home with private parking. The 80-square-meter house has two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a laundry room. The house is in a quiet area 2 km from the sea and the center of Nettuno. It has a large garden with a swimming pool where adults can relax and children can play freely and safely. There is a barbecue area and a wood-fired oven in the garden.
