I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Rosalba and Luce were very helpful and kind, they welcomed me so well that I felt like I was at home. Lots of beds and a large garden for the dog to play and the possibility of spending good moments outdoors. Highly recommended.

Alessio's chalet is the ideal place if you love contact with nature and animals. Equipped with everything you need and very clean. A strategic point if you want to visit Rome but rest away from the chaos of the city, it is also close to the sea and the Roman castles. We had a very good time, Alessio is an attentive, kind and always available host. We hope to be back soon, we're already missing.

Such a fantastic host! So personable, energetic and accommodating. After a muss-up at the airport with our transportation, she came (with her dad!) to collect us on very short notice. We had full access to all the things in the house and the kids LOVED her and the place.

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated, the apartment had all we needed. The host had thought of everything and was incredibly helpful and responsive. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a much enjoyed surprise touch. Parking wasn't always available immediately outside but we easily parked in nearby bays and the cost was minimal. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Apartment matching the listing description. That was not described but that I found it absolutely appreciated and the highlight was the cleanliness and the complete provision of every comfort. In a small space, but absolutely suitable for a beach vacation, I have never found anything like it and I have been using apartments throughout Italy for 15 years. Everything you need is present: sheets, towels, soaps for the person and for the house, necessary for the kitchen, racks, pins, vacuum cleaners... I could continue but I would not have enough characters available to write, I only add disinfectant and patches, plugs and needle and wire. It would seem silly, but these details make a difference. The location is perfect, I didn't take the car for 14 days, everything you need is within walking distance. Finally, but not least, the availability of the host...Always reachable and responsive and kindly out of the ordinary.

A perfect host and a perfect place. Norma is charming, its people are cheerful and welcoming. Claudia’s place is the perfect place to enjoy the village. Definitely, I recommend.

Great support and communication from the host. She did a fantastic job with the place and was always available and checking on me if I needed anything. I would highly refer this property. In addition, it is in a perfect location with the best view of the lake.

We had a good stay at Sharohn's place. Nice clean modern apartment, close to shops and attractions in Ostia Antica. Nice views of the castle from the large balcony. Train station for Rome is about 10 minutes walk. We had a car and there is no off-street parking at the apartment, but the parking on the street was fine when we were there, with a free parking area just around the corner. Quite a bit of noise from all the incoming planes landing at Rome FCO, but if you close the windows it is quite quiet inside the apartment. Overall a clean and nice place to stay, good communication with the two co-hosts.

We had a lovely stay at Vincenzo and Gamze's place, it was perfect for what we needed on our way up to Rome from Naples. We were able to feel right at home by putting the fire on in the evening with the added bonus of waking up to a spectacular view in the morning. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful apartment and we hope to come back one day. Dan and Valentina :)

Beautiful apartment with great location to town and wonderful view.

A cute and cozy apartment near the "center of action" of Ostia (2min walking distance from sea , with many good restaurants around & very easy to reach by the Cotral bus line) , clean and warm, with a beautiful shared terrace & living room, plus a shared kitchen which can cover all your basic needs (water, coffee, breakfast). Both folks were very communicative and responded in detail to all of my requests for information.

Enrica’s BnB exceeded my expectations. What I was expecting to just be a quick overnight on my travels turned into a wonderful stay in Artena. The apartment is clean and offers the necessary comforts. Enrica was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations of what to see and local cuisine to try in the old town. Plus, her BnB is high up and has beautiful views of the countryside.

We had a really good time, we left with slightly high expectations, from the description and photos, and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic location, in the middle of greenery but not too secluded, comfortable apartment with what you need, and even something more (tea and coffee available for guests). But what made the difference was especially the outdoor spaces, the garden, and the pool. Paolo and Julia were great hosts. Their dog Lia, polite and never intrusive, my daughter fell in love with it! We were so sorry to have to leave. We highly recommend it, we hope to have a chance to go back

The place was spotlessly clean and really adorable! The views from both the room and the balcony were especially stunning. Also, Dalila was a very helpful host, and the breakfast she prepared was honestly really good! The neighbourhood felt safe. I saw kids playing and elderly people (both men and women) walking their dogs on my way to Dalila’s place even at 9pm. In short, such a great stay!

fantastic location and very helpful hosts, Lucia and her mom are very kind people, great breakfast and availability to manage the hours of the same from them. Clean rooms and everything in order for the bathrooms.. highly recommended

well cared for new structure, posiazio right in the central square of Norma. Breakfast was not in the bnb but the activity where we had breakfast is of quality.

Alessandra was a very nice host. She greeted us on the street and helped us find the house. The house was quite clean and cleaned every day. He answered our questions quickly. The location of the house is very convenient that the train station is at the bottom. But there is no transportation other than the train. You need to freeze back in the house early in the evening. Close to Rome but not much around the house. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away. Everything was perfect except for the location. Alessandra was a very sweet person. Kopek, his housemate, was also very friendly. The design of the house was very sweet and would meet all your needs.

Danila is a great host, friendly and kind. The house is clean and well furnished, it has a well-kept garden and a pool that on hot days is perfect for refreshing and relaxing. Great breakfast, homemade sweets, and fresh fresh eggs. Its location allows you to reach in a few minutes by car Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, Ariccia and other countries along the Via dei Lakes.
