It was absolutely fantastic, from the friendly welcome to the uncomplicated departure. Giovanni was always available and took care of it directly. The surroundings in Nettuno could offer more, but this has nothing to do with this great apartment. Also recommended is the pizzeria in the same house! Otherwise, the beach and train station are easily accessible. Absolutely recommended on our part

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

Mauro is a delightful person. He accompanied us to visit the nature reserve of Tor Caldara, the English cemetery and this is definitely a plus. As for the apartment, it is responsive to the photographs but in real life you can see a certain neglect: the kitchen cabinets are black (not blue), they probably lost the lacquer, and some doors are missing; the shower has a closing curtain, definitely not hygienic; in the bedroom for the boys, the walls are all marked - not a big problem, but it makes the room unattractive. Mauro definitely pays some inexperience in managing checkout, but overall the rating is positive. The garden is unique, which has no hedge to maintain some privacy: the people who walk on the street (more than I imagined), inevitably look inside - but they are all very polite and say hello!

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

We fell madly in love, before Simona, and then with the place. We're so happy we're booking more stays right away so we don't miss them. We highly recommend it to anyone, couples, families. The house is beautiful, the garden a dream, the hot tub a diamond. Whatever smells clean, the vibrations of the house are crazy, in two days you will be reborn. Go because it's worth it, we with the kids and the dog had never found anything so perfect before. We leave you a piece of heart ♥️

Owner was very helpful with our check in. Good location, perfect for walking around Nettuno. Close to downtown and near all your basic needs. Great place to stay overall and would highly recommend!

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this villa for a bachelor party and it was a great experience! The villa is beautiful, spacious and equipped with every necessary comfort. The hosts were very kind, super helpful and very flexible for both check-in and check-out, which made everything even easier and more pleasant. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

We often come to this area to find my brother-in-law and we found this place located in front of his home! Perfect! Great price and very friendly renters. We found everything very clean and although it didn't help us much, there are all the utilities for cooking. Maybe the only advice I can give is that maybe it would take a small TV in the room for those who are used to having it and watching a movie at night, but it's a matter of habit. For the rest, I have nothing to criticize, it will surely be the favorite accommodation for when we come to Rome

Amazing views of the lake! Peace and quiet. Very quiet, very comfortable to sleep at night. The property is an old building of 2 floors with high ceilings, spacious and comfortable. This is not a modern hotel, but a place with history and charm. It added flavor to our vacation. The house was very clean with everything you need. Self check-in was very convenient and clear. Hosts are always available, attentive and good-natured, answering all questions instantly. There is free parking nearby, where there is always a place. The village of Nemi is a 5-minute walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and just beautiful views. The village itself is very colorful and atmospheric.

We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. Many thanks to Karen&Giacomo for the valuable tips on visiting Rome, the beach and staying here in the apartment, you are very committed to making sure your guests are well. That's wonderful. Our family really enjoyed staying here, it was a bit like a home of their own. The apartment is absolutely clean, super stylishly furnished and has a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy at any meal. We would very much like to recommend this apartment to others. We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!
