Maurizio was very nice and warm. He gave us tips for the area and showed and explained everything to us. The accommodation is as in the photos and everything is very clean. There are restaurants on the beach and a supermarket is also within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Brand new villa with AC and park close to Rome

PopaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Fiorire Casale

EricRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

Cozy green retreat with patio and garden

PaulRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Thank you for everything, Mauro and Vladimira, and not forgetting, Mandy the cat!

Stunning Residence 5 Minutes from Lake Martignano

We had a wonderful 2 day stay. Manuel's place is the perfect distance outside the chaos of Rome. We used it as a base to tour Rome driving to the Jonio metro station, parking and traveling into the center by train.

Charming cottage near the center

AlinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Super nice accommodation with private roof terrace, table tennis table in the courtyard and super accessibility to public transport and 24/7 grocery stores. We were allowed to arrive at eight and everything we needed was available in the accommodation. From towels and bedding with enough sleeping space for all of us to cosmetics and kitchen utensils. Place was very clean and air conditioned. We also liked the quick and uncomplicated exchange with the host and the flexible check-in and check-out. Glad to come back!

Casa Noemi, lake and sea view

LuigiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A lovely holiday. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful house, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavours. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body has enjoyed it! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. P.S.: The tomatoes, cucumbers and the renowned celery from Tony's farm were a resounding success. Goodbye, Antonello & Gino.

Beautiful place in nature and in full relaxation if you want to unplug a few days. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay both romantic and with friends. Francesco is a great landlord who welcomed us with a nice aperitif and was available to all our requests. There are various trails and paths for nice excursions nearby. Absolutely positive experience!

Ornella super host, always kind and caring, ready to meet all needs. We went to this apartment (perfect for 4 as two even separate couples who want their separate spaces) and although the renovation was not 100%, the house was extremely cozy.

Chalet Edelweiss Marsia-Tagliacozzo 1500mt

LiviaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The chalet is beautiful, with plenty of space and well-equipped, 8-10 beds and 2 bathrooms, the large garden, with barbecue, sofas and rocking chair, tables and chairs in abundance, well described and photographed. You feel at home. Matteo is very kind and helpful, he responded promptly to all questions and requests, flexible with the keys. Marsia is a special place, out of the world, surrounded by nature, the largest beech forest in Europe, many paths to walk or cycle, woods and meadows, valleys and mountains, the possibility of seeing animals (cows and horses, but also foxes and roe deer), perfect for spending a few days or weeks, in total relaxation or sport, in any case regenerating. We'll definitely be back!

If you are looking for a place to regenerate your body and mind, you are in the right place. We spent two nights in this beautiful cottage, far from the chaos; the welcome was impeccable, the lady was super kind and very nice. In addition to the beautiful atmosphere, the highlight was the barbecue. We left a piece of our heart here, and we hope to have the chance to return ♥️
