The accommodation is for your exclusive use. It has a comfortable and spacious room, a kitchenette, and a large bathroom. The neighborhood of Balduina is quiet and safe even at night. In just 15 minutes by bus 913 you will be in St. Peter's and Vatican Museums. From here, the two most beautiful pedestrian walks in Rome begin: in the Old Town or because of the Imperial Forums until the Colosseum. Also by bus 913 in 7 minutes you will be at Metro A (Cyprus/Vatican museums) . Very comfortable for Gemelli ( 1 min. train)

This charming, and newly renovated, apartment is on the top floor. Down the street from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum in the Monti neighborhood of Rome. It is near all of the sites and wonderful restaurants, yet tucked away for peace and quiet. It is fully equipped for all your needs with new appliances and furniture. It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is one bedroom, a loft, and a living room with sofa bed. It is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Rome.

All'interno di un edificio del 1300 nel cuore del centro storico della città si trova il mio bellissimo loft, ubicato al terzo piano senza ascensore, è caratterizzato dal tipico soffitto con travi di legno tipico dell'architettura dei palazzi storici. A pochissima distanza da Piazza Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona e Colosseo e adiacente a Via Portico d'Ottavia (una delle vie piu' belle della città) .
