Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lazio

Benedetta’s place was beautiful and we loved the location. We felt like we were in a quiet area, but could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The communication with perfect and she helped with every question we had including arranging a car service to and from the airport. We would highly recommend this beautiful Airbnb.

This Airbnb did not disappoint! It looks EXACTLY like the photos and was clean, updated, and spacious. The hosts even had wine available for purchase available which is a nice touch after a long travel day. Checkin was seamless and we were even able to check in earlier which was lovely given that we arrived via train with our baggage. Easy PIN code access with lockbox and 2 sets of keys. Air conditioning worked fabulously to escape the summer heat in Rome. We travelled with my 76yr old mother-in-law and the elevator to the 4th floor was huge as this was something I looked for when booking. While the elevator holds 2 people or 1 person + luggage we easily took turns. Elevators are hard to find in Rome so would definitely recommend this spot. The place is centrally located no more than a 10-15 minute walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, & Piazza Novana. There is even a metro line Spagna by the Spanish steps with easy access to Roma Termini/Colloseo. 10/10 reccomend

A great, clean and well equipped double apartment, only steps away from the Vatican, with a good sized balcony which we enjoyed in the evenings to escape from the crowds of Rome. It’s a quieter area than the centre of Rome, but still has plenty of restaurants aroud to enjoy. A 5 mins walk to the Ottaviano Metro, though we preferred the lovely 20min walk over the Tiber into the other main attractions of Rome.

This was the perfect location to enjoy and explore Rome! The apartment was beautiful and clean, and we had 5 people stay comfortably. Lia was very kind and responsive, and I would highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation, we stayed for 3 days in total relaxation, the area is very convenient to reach the centre by metro, availability of street parking but we took a parking space a few steps from the apartment recommended by the host. Surely if we go back to Rome we will come back here.

Simone is an excellent host, always reachable and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and neighborhood amenities. It is hard to believe that he has only been a host for less than a year — he puts some more experienced hosts to shame! The apartment is clean and well appointed. It is located just a few minutes from Vatican City yet is not as busy as most of Rome felt when we were there in the second week of June. For our family of five, there was plenty of room to rest and recharge after a long day of sightseeing. We even cooked a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. This Airbnb was the fourth and last one we stayed in during our trip to Italy and was by far the best. We would strongly recommend anyone who is keen to visit Rome to consider staying here, especially if you are a family with kids and need the space. Grazie Mille Simone!

Such a perfect place to stay in Orvieto! Extremely centrally located (<5min walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go) and Barbara made it super easy to park, reserving a spot for us on arrival. Spotless, tons of new features and appliances, and I LOVED the sauna… I would give it 6/5 stars if I could!

Maria Theresa met us at the apt and walked us through how to use the keys, walker/ dryer/ ac etc. she had great communication. The apt was huge and bathrooms were amazing. We loved the space for our family of 5. Couch bed was not as comfortable for my grown son but other beds were comfortable. There is some street noise and construction going on. It was so wonderful having a walker/ dryer. When we got tired of carbs- we had great Korean food at restaurantante Midam- make a reservation! We would stay here again!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in Eleonora's apartment for one night. The penthouse is very comfortable and various services can be managed comfortably from the tablet. During the stay we were able to enjoy the sauna, the relaxation area with the salt wall and a wide choice of teas and herbal teas available. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Thoughtfully styled, we really appreciated the Japanese-style living room. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Kian and Cristiano are very helpful. They answered all my questions very quickly. The apartment was very easy to access. Although it is not very close to the city center, there are many buses within a 6-7 minute walk. I was very pleased.

Roy was extremely helpful from check in to recommended restaurants,areas to see and the best for groceries.The property is as per the description,beautiful quiet area and it has all the amenities required for a self sufficient stay.Super comfortable bedding and a wonderful balcony to look out over Rome city.

The accommodation is located in a really quiet and scenic area, with lots of greenery. The interiors are well-finished, the spaces are equipped with everything you need, tastefully furnished in a rustic style. Cristina was very kind, always available and quick to answer questions and showed flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended for a relaxing break in the tranquillity of nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

A lovely place to stay with our dog. Luca and his wife are very welcoming. The area is beautiful and there is much to see and explore. Highly recommended

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

It is difficult to put into words the impressions of visiting this beautiful place, I recommend visiting and evaluating it for yourself.

Alessandro is a great host! The location is easy to access the lake and region.

We had a great time, Francesca and Sestina were very helpful and courteous. The house is cozy, clean, tidy and has two balconies that we have used a lot. We leave it with regret.

We stayed with our friend group for one week. It was a very pleasant experience, the place was tidy and beautiful. We had a really good time enjoying the view from all over the place. Especially the rooftop terrace and the whirlpool stood out :) Thanks for the stay, would recommend!
