Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Bushof - Life in the countryside

Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or horse walks can be booked.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Apartment by the pool - the green oasis in Würzburg

Are you looking for a quiet place to stay, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live near the city center? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. The pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Die großzügige Terrasse mit Kugelgrill, Hängesessel und Sitzgarnitur lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ein Sprung in den 1.5m tiefen, beheizten Infinity-Pool für Erfrischung zwischen durch sorgt (Poolnutzung Mai-Sept). Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage - fußläufig zum neuen Stadtteil Hubland mit Uni-Campus.

Stay in a historic farmhouse

Kick back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation in an authentic courtyard you will find everything you are looking for to immerse yourself in a break. My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.

Whether a relaxing holiday with the family near the beautiful Bad Mergentheim zoo and relaxing thermal baths or on the Kochertal gourmet tour through the vineyards with friends, there is something suitable for everyone to experience. The Tripsdrill adventure park is just under an hour's drive away. In the neighboring town of Forchtenberg you can explore the birthplace of Anne-Sophie Scholl or the historic Christmas market in winter. Cyclists benefit from the many cycle paths
