Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
