The first floor offers two sleeping rooms. My house is very bright and charming. When you leave, you are directly in the nature. Very good for walking or biking. In the next village you can get what you need. The highway is about 6 km away. You want to relax or you look for a cosy place, you have to rent my house. If you want to visit Heidelberg or Rothenburg you can drive in 1 hour.To Wertheim, Würzburg or Heilbronn you have to drive 30 minutes.Enjoy

Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. The 60 sqm guest apartment with its own entrance is located in a detached house in a quiet location in Heilbronn-Ost. You can park a car in the courtyard in front of the facade, in front of the apartment, or also free of charge on the street in front of the house. When booking, please let us know if only the bed or also the sofa bed is needed for sleeping. Charging electric cars is only allowed after agreement and payment of 0.43 EUR/kWh. Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
