You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Located next to Sinsheim station, this large, newly renovated apartment with a living area of 75 sqm is located in the district town of Sinsheim in the middle of the Kraichgau. The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung erfreut durch ihre helle und freundliche Einrichtung, sie ist praktisch und gemütlich. Es erwartet Sie der Komfort, den Sie sich für ein paar Tage Urlaub (oder eine Dienstreise) wünschen. Die Wohnung selbst erreichen Sie über ca. 70 Treppenstufen (ist somit nicht barrierfefrei), Süd-West-Hanglage mit separatem Eingang.. Herzlich willkommen!
