Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Tram 20 (fährt sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts) liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, von dort aus sind es 20 min öffentlich zum Oktoberfest oder 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
