The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Far away from road traffic, bordering on wide meadows and yet only 1 km to the bustling market square. Supermarket, bakery, organic market - all within walking distance 12 minutes by train from Grafing train station to Munich East train station. And the S-Bahn to Munich from Grafing city. A good place to work, relax, go on trips to the mountains, trade fair...

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-metre-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

Ferienparadies Starnberger See

Neben unserem Haus am Waldrand liegt diese sehr ruhige, separate Einliegerwohnung mit 2 Zimmern, moderner Küche und Bad, mit ca. 55 qm. Der einmalige, idyllische Garten, den unsere Gäste gerne von ihrer eigenen Terrasse aus mitnutzen und genießen können, ist weitläufig und nach Süden ausgerichtet. Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

Feel like being at home

A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.

Apartment on Lake Ammer

Cozy 40 sqm apartment in your own cottage near the lake. The annex of the beautiful house from the 60s is centrally located two minutes' walk above the Schondorf lake facility. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

Fantastic living in the garden studio

The studio is a detached building in the front part of a charming, quiet garden property surrounded by flower meadows and orchards. Due to the south-facing location and the special room height, the rooms are very bright and spacious. The studio has a large terrace which is accessible at ground level from the living area. You also have direct access to the charming garden. Please inquire about pets separately!

Separate apartment in the south of Munich

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

"Cottage Tokara" apartment

You will love my little cottage with the stylish, high-quality furnishings and the ideal location to Messe München (+ subway/subway, tram in 10 min. 5 stations to Marienplatz). Fully furnished apartment with underfloor heating & floor-level shower in a quiet location with its own front door. My place is best suited for business travelers and project managers with a longer stay in Munich.

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus a self-contained cottage with a separate entrance. In June 2024, it was for the most part new furnished. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100m away. By car, it's 15 minutes to Lake train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the main train station in Munich.
