There is also a cosy attic room as a living room (which can also be converted into a 3rd bedroom), a work loft, and a large cooking and dining area of 26 m² and a covered terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a clear conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace when the weather allows. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is mandatory and a library is available for the analogue ones.

It is a beautiful and modern furnished row-end house with 5.5 rooms in Starnberg-Percha on Lake Starnberg. Here you can feel at home after a very short time and make yourself really comfortable in an exclusive environment with plenty of space. Other: The house has an underground parking space and an outdoor parking space. From the underground parking you can enter the house via your own entrance and possibly stairlift.
