Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Spacious, centrally located apartment with 4 large, private bedrooms and a sunny living room. Elegant space that used to be a consulate. Designer mid-century modern furnishings, contemporary art, and modern kitchen make this the perfect place for business travel as well as family groups. On a quiet, one-way street surrounded by galleries, museums, cafes and restaurants, and boutiques. CDC hygiene and cleaning recommendations have been implemented by professional cleaning crew.

Sights such as the English Garden, Odeonsplatz or Marienplatz are all within 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment has a modern bathroom. The beds are super comfortable and can accommodate up to 5 adults. The apartment is air conditioned and offers everything you could ever need.

The apartment is ground floor with orientation to the backyard and is therefore very quiet. High-quality, well-equipped furnishings. Wi-Fi available.
