Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Very central terrace apartment

Very nice 2 room apartment within walking distance of Isartor and Marienplatz. The Isartor S-Bahn (suburban train) station is 150 meters away. The kitchen has both dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker and dishes for 8 people. The bedroom has a 160 cm box spring bed, a large mirror cabinet and a work table. The living room has a very comfortable 170cm sofa bed with mattresses. In summer you can enjoy the spacious terrace.

Vacation home near train to Munich, Therme Erding

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

It is a luxurious 150m2 four-room apartment in the middle of Lehel, 3 minutes walking distance from Maximilianstraße. The apartment was rebuilt in 2022. Due to the orientation to the courtyard, the entire apartment is very quiet. The apartment has underfloor heating as well as a large terrace.
