Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür und SBahn-Anschluss etwa 5 min mit dem Bus entfernt. S6 führt direkt in die Innenstadt oder zur Hackerbrücke für Wiesnbesucher (etwa 25 min). Autotransfer zur SBahn möglich nach Vereinbarung. Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen. Küche kann aber mitgenutzt werden.

Hallo, Ich biete euch einen gemütlichen Raum mit TV, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen aber gemütlichem Bett (90x200cm). Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer teilen wir uns während eures Aufenthalts. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, am Stadtrand und mit der S-Bahn super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof 24 min. Marienplatz 21 min. Ostbahnhof 15 min. Messe (Messestadt Ost) 17 min. Flughafen / Airport 49 min.
