Holiday rentals with a patio in Muldestausee

We felt very comfortable and welcome in Bettina's apartment. The furnishings are very functional, tasteful and cosy. We didn't miss anything. Our four-year-old daughter also felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot! ☺️

We had a wonderful time in Greta and Moritz's apartment. The communication was uncomplicated, warm and very accommodating – especially at check-out. The apartment itself is bright, stylish, very clean and at the same time incredibly cozy. The harmonious colour scheme, the loving furnishings and the selection of plants make the stay something special. Our little one has fallen in love with a shelf compartment under the stairs as a play cave – a real highlight. And the soft carpet on the upper level was also very popular. Overall: a beautiful apartment with thoughtful design, aesthetic sensitivity and a lot of heart. Absolute recommendation! Thank you for the wonderful time! ✨🪻🌿

The communicative exchange with Lead Apartments was smooth and uncomplicated. For further bookings in the area, we will preferably return to Lead Apartments and the accommodation.

My stay was only short, but I still have to say that it was very pleasant overall. Stefanos is a super nice and friendly host. Communication went very well. They felt right at home and welcome. The apartment is absolutely clean and the adjoining garden simply beautiful. We'd love to come back!

This was a perfect place for our family of four! So many thoughtful touches to make sure we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen well stocked for those who wish to prepare their own meals. The living room and bedroom had separate doors off of the main hallway, which meant that our adult daughters had a private space to sleep - like a 2nd bedroom. The property is very peaceful with a lovely private patio. It was about a 20min drive to downtown Leipzig and we found it more cost efficient for a family to drive and find parking, than taking the transit. A wonderful stay in Leipzig!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and there is everything needed. Maria was always easily accessible and quickly gave valuable tips for restaurants or the tram on request. The second bed is very high and not suitable for children / elderly people. We were very satisfied and would book the apartment again next time.

Felix contacted us before check-in with extensive information on arrival, etc., and was always easily accessible for questions. The apartment absolutely met the description and was perfectly located for our purposes and beautifully quiet. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to book again :)

We stayed 4 nights at Iakov with our daughter. We liked it very much, the location right at the zoo in the city and yet quiet, as it faces the courtyard. The parking space is perfect, unfortunately a little tricky with a large car, but an experienced driver can do it. The communication with Iakov was very friendly and the check-in also worked smoothly. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of wine on the table, wonderful. We can recommend the apartment and will definitely come back :-)

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were very kindly and warmly greeted by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We were greeted by a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy was the sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy veranda and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Definitely one of the most beautiful holiday homes we've been to so far. The pool and all the little things in the garden were of course highlights. But even so, the holiday home was very nicely furnished and the communication with Tristan was great. Highly recommended!

Very nice and spacious apartment in the Waldstraßenviertel. Walking distance to zoo and downtown. Communication with Mathias was straightforward and friendly.

We had a very good time in this really lovingly designed house. It is very quiet and idyllically located. The garden is really generous. Everything is very nicely decorated and you immediately feel comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and the surroundings are a dream. On site you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. As a welcome, there was even a small cake and a few nice greetings. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the area. Leipzig Zoo is a 40-minute drive away. Sachsen Therme 20 min. Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastic. On the street to the house there is unfortunately no footpath. After a short walk along the road, there are good paths on foot. We recommend the place.

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 6 adults. Furnished with great attention to detail, almost a museum, but with all the comforts. In good weather, the large, well-equipped terrace is the highlight, and a garden shower also provides cooling. Accompanied by birdsong, especially the cuckoo, we enjoyed the peace, but also the activities (canoe tour, Dessau, cycling,....). Thank you!

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but still the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is within walking distance. Buses and trains also leave very close. The Saturday market takes place directly across the street, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy the morning coffee very relaxed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

Very quiet location in great surroundings. We didn't get to meet the hosts in person, but the communication was very nice. Everything worked out for us and we are happy to recommend the apartment.

A super nice apartment in the middle of Weimar. It is super equipped and everything you need is there. The old town flair can be felt here. The roof terrace is also a highlight and clearly sets the apartment apart from others. Communication with Michael was very friendly and helpful and check-in also went smoothly - I'd love to come back.😊

We were in Leipzig for the gymnastics festival and could not have wished for better accommodation. Everything was tip-top clean, the location ideal – quiet, but still central – and the communication with Marcel was super warm and uncomplicated. You felt right at home! The apartment is clean, functional and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city centre. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without a lift.
