In our apartment, you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity of Saxony's most vibrant metropolis. With Lake Kulkwitz, the oldest and cleanest lake in the Leipzig Neuseenland is also right outside the door. It's only 7 minutes away by bike. Bikes are available for free rental. Thanks to the train station within walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig Central Station within 15 minutes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything is fully equipped.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Beachhouse am Goitzschesee. Das Haus hat insgesamt 5 Wohnungen, welche alle in 2024 neu renoviert und hochwertig ausgestattet wurden. Die angezeigte Wohnung hat rund 80 Quadratmeter aufgeteilt in 2Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Zudem bietet der Balkon einen entspannten Rückzugsort. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden und lädt zu idyllischen Grillabenden ein. :-)

Welcome to HAUS IM SCHILF 1 - your cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the bigger highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming roof terrace, from which you will not get tired of enjoying it. Come and decide for yourself.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.
