The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Vacation home Tuscany

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. We look forward to welcoming our guests.

Wellness am Goitzschesee: Kamin, Sauna, Whirlpool

Welcome to the Seegelblick holiday home on the Goitzsche for 8 people. Over a spacious 130 square metres, the house offers 3 cosy bedrooms as well as a sauna, whirlpool and fireplace for relaxing moments of well-being. Explore the lake with free paddleboards or enjoy evenings together with the Nintendo Switch. Netflix makes for cosy movie nights. On the terrace, with its stunning lake view, a modern hybrid barbecue invites you to linger. A wallbox for electric cars completes the comfortable stay.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. A quiet little spot between two lakes... perfect for switching off, but definitely not boring. Whether it's the beach, water sports, hiking, cycling or fishing: there's something for everyone. If you like it cosy, you can spend time in the lovingly furnished holiday home, play a game of darts or billiards, or fire up the barbecue with delicious specialities from the butcher next door. You can end the evening relaxing by the fire pit. Leipzig and Halle can be reached in 30–40 minutes.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Seedomizil Goitzsche

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.

Make yourself comfortable on vacation. Two in the lake cottage "Zweiufer." A nice, small cottage with high quality of stay in all weather. It's all there. You're all that's missing. Enjoy the days – both in summer and winter. Breakfast on the sun terrace. A walk around the lake. An excursion by boat. An excursion into the surrounding area. An evening by the campfire.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
