The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Dream suburb, airport, trade fair, A14 Leipzig City

Dear guests, our apartment is so centrally located that you can be with us from the A14 motorway in 5 minutes. The airport can be reached in 10 minutes and so can the Leipziger Messe. The beautiful city of Leipzig (main train station) can welcome you by car via the A14 in 20 minutes. The Leipziger Zoo and the Redbull Arena as well as the "Völki" are about 10 minutes from the main train station. Our apartment is equipped for short and long-term bookings. 2 km away is the lake landscape for relaxing.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

FeWoJuKe

A quiet little spot between two lakes... perfect for switching off, but definitely not boring. Whether it's the beach, water sports, hiking, cycling or fishing: there's something for everyone. If you like it cosy, you can spend time in the lovingly furnished holiday home, play a game of darts or billiards, or fire up the barbecue with delicious specialities from the butcher next door. You can end the evening relaxing by the fire pit. Leipzig and Halle can be reached in 30–40 minutes.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

This charming apartment offers the perfect retreat for up to 4 people. Located right on the water, you can enjoy not only the tranquility and nature from your own balcony, but also a wide view over the Goitzschesee. A gas grill invites you to cozy barbecue evenings with sunset – pure vacation feeling! The apartment impresses with modern furnishings & lovingly furnished rooms that combine comfort & coziness. The beach is only 100 m away on foot.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

The detached house in the small town of Annaburg is just a few meters from the Annaburger Heide. It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.
