I couldn’t stayed in the apartment because the host informed me that it was flooded. Apparently a pipe broke. He reserved a 5 hotel for us! and paid for it. He always communicated with us to make sure everything was ok.

Excellent apartment. Impeccable, very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need, very clean and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Luciano is very attentive and always aware of what is needed. The location is perfect. Opposite the Puntas Carretas Shopping Centre and a few steps from the Rambla and several restaurants and cafes. It also has a garage, essential for those who rent a car since finding street parking is difficult.

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice, with comfortable rooms and bed linen in perfect condition. The space is charming, well decorated and conveys a welcoming feeling. The location is great, with several excellent bars and restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view of Rio da Prata - perfect for relaxing. Everything was super clean and looked very new, which made all the difference in the experience. Communication with hosts Cecilia and Juan was always quick, clear and very helpful. I highly recommend it! The apartment is divided into 3 floors (the first floor has a living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom, the second floor has two bedrooms and going up the internal stairs there is a penthouse with a barbecue)
