Holiday rentals with beach access in Montevideo Department

Very good apartment and location. Close to the boulevard, shopping, restaurants. Tip: A little more light. Very good grill and amenities. Excellent cleanliness and tranquility and silence. Nice neighbors.

The depto is very spacious, bright and with an amazing view. Very well equipped, and very comfortable. Gustavo and Maxi responded immediately to everything. The area is quiet but it is necessary to have a car to mobilize. The good thing is that it has its own garage. Super recoemdable. We had a great time

The apartment is just like the photos, it has blinds in the bedrooms and double glazing to avoid street noise. Federico is very attentive to all the details and is available all the time for any questions.

Humberto is a very attentive, friendly and decisive host, he always answered my questions quickly. I felt very comfortable, the apartment is nicer than in the photos and had what I needed for my stay.

Excellent accommodation! The decoration is beautiful. Furniture and equipment throughout the apartment is of very good quality, including tableware, mattress, linens and towels. He lacks nothing. There's everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Camila welcomed us with snacks and drinks. She was flexible with our arrival and departure and very attentive when we asked for local recommendations. The area is very quiet, one block from the boulevard. Unbeatable experience!! 100% recommended.

The apartment is beautiful!! The truth is that it matched the photos posted, the best of all the spectacular sea view!! Anahi and her husband 2 are wonderful and were very attentive and friendly!! The only thing to keep in mind and that they should improve is the Internet, which runs out quickly due to traffic, (the hosts solve it quickly by loading more data) but it is a downside to be controlling yourself with the use.

Our experience was excellent, Claudia was always attentive, very warm and kind. The house is just like the photos, and in a quiet and safe area, allowed us to enter a little before and leave after hours. We informed about places nearby for shopping. I highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the house with everything needed to get by comfortably and more. The pristine beds and also left us towels for each. I would recommend it 100%

We went to my lady for a few days, we had an excellent time, Mary was very quick to respond and was very kind. The accommodation is better than in the photos, the location is very good, a block away is the super, ice cream, pharmacy. Two blocks away is the beach. The area is quiet. I was with the van parked outside without problems.

Paula's house is beautiful and located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Your communication is assertive . The truth is that we had a happy time. To move easier, we rent a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

The truth is, the first impression was with Igal, it was wonderful, he supported me with the logistics and coordination of the key very quickly, he also allowed flexibility in the entry (I imagine that it is not always available, it will depend on the previous availability). Then the apartment and building, it was not that beautiful, it has a large supermarket around the corner, and a couple of places to eat nearby as well as shopping. The best experience we've ever had with a host! Marcelo always very attentive and cordial. We gave us the flexibility to check in early and proved to be extremely available. An exceptional person!! I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago as an excellent host.

Excellent stay in this home. Susana was always very friendly and attentive, she responded in the moment. The house is very nicely located, 3 blocks from the mall, and very close to the historic center. It is a large, spacious house with everything at your disposal, old but adapted. This is the second time that we have stopped at Fio. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well equipped and with nice decoration details. And what's important, on the street there's room for parking. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very well located, close to the rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We are going to Montevideo to visit family and we will stay at Fio's apartment whenever it is available

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

I felt very at home in Gonzalo's place. It was clean, cosy and inviting. Gonzalo's communication was excellent throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great area for restaurants and other amenities and it's near several bus routes, so getting to the old town is simple and quick. Thank you for a lovely stay, Gonzalo!
