Located meters from the Rambla, next to the Center and Historic District. The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!

It is a beautiful apartment, very bright, all its rooms have a view of the beach. It is located in one of the best areas in Montevideo in terms of beauty and safety. It is very close to Punta Carretas Shopping, where there are all kinds of shops, a spa, gym, and restaurants. Two blocks away is the Villa Biarritz Fair, where they sell our handicrafts. There is a lot of transportation in the area, making it easy to get around the city.

Recycled studio room (25 m²) 3 blocks from the sea and 5 blocks from downtown. It has a small kitchen with a gas stove, mini fridge, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils. In addition to linens and air conditioning (hot and cold). A desk for work. Private bathroom. It has a separate entrance, accessed through a distribution hall. Apartment facing Río de la Plata in Ciudad Vieja. Located on the eighth floor with an incredible view. The building and apartment are new. Living room with an integrated kitchen and balcony. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds (bunk bed). Full bathroom. It has large windows, and is super bright. The building has a concierge service between 8 am and 10 pm.
