The building is very nice and has a gym and free garage for your use. Recycled studio room (25 m²) 3 blocks from the sea and 5 blocks from downtown. It has a small kitchen with a gas stove, mini fridge, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils. In addition to linens and air conditioning (hot and cold). A desk for work. Private bathroom. It has a separate entrance, accessed through a distribution hall. Dream view

Apartment facing Río de la Plata in Ciudad Vieja. Located on the eighth floor with an incredible view. The building and apartment are new. Living room with an integrated kitchen and balcony. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds (bunk bed). Full bathroom. It has large windows, and is super bright. The building has a concierge service between 8 am and 10 pm.
