Comfortable house in Malvín ideal for 1 or 2 people. The house is part of a larger house but with a separate entrance and no connection with the rest. It consists of a living room with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom has large closets, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The house is half a block from a major avenue with abundant public transportation and three blocks from the beach. Possibility of access to garage in the house for small cars.

We like to live and welcome people who can share a few days with us, and experience a non-tourist life in this beautiful city. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PROFILES WITHOUT REFERENCES. Very sensitive people, please refrain. It is not a hostel or a hotel, and there is no permanent cleaning service. We don't have cable TV either. The house is beautiful, with a beautiful panoramic view of the port.
