Attentive to all our concerns, great host!

We very much like to have stayed in the house of Alionka, which has always been very requested and available. O grande patio, with the parrilla area in a reserved environment stand out and the small house in the form of a rustic monoenvironment full of art met our expectations. The place is quiet and it was great for us to feel the presence of nature around.

This spot was just perfect- central to so many great places. Bruno and Diego were great communicators and gave great advice on places in the area to frequent. I stayed a month and was completely at home. The roof top balcony was a selling point for me. It had everything I needed and the art was fantastic too. Highly recommend this spot.

Beautiful beach! pretty house too, but in the neighborhood there is only one kiosko that does not accept card. As we cycled to Nueva Palmira, the place is great as it is on the way and 10km from Carmelo.

We booked this home to spend the end of the year with friends at UY. We were between 7 people and it was more than enough space for all of us. We had several barbecues outside which is very beautiful and functional. In the house I would like to highlight that the living room and kitchen are more beautiful and wide than they appear in the photos. Dona Carmem who is the housekeeper of the house welcomed us very well and was very requested to help us, as well as the owner of Casa Patrícia. The cost/benefit of this property is great. And the area where she is very beautiful, every day we would go out to walk and get to know the region. It was an unforgettable vacation. We would definitely rent this house again. Note: The house was clean and in great condition. We were greeted with fresh linen and towels for everyone. Another highlight was that we had a wifi that worked super well throughout the stay.

I stayed at the house for two nights in midsummer 2025. The location is very convenient, close to everything. You also have shopping and food spots nearby for anything. The house is in a very quiet area, has a large garden and is very spacious. Mariano was very flexible with check-in, which I thank him. I had a great time and here!

Both Juan by messages, and then he and his partner the day we left were very kind. The very few problems that arose were resolved very well and they were totally willing to help. The park couldn't be nicer, the neighborhood is very quiet, and you're in front of the beach. For two people it's great. I would definitely recommend it, I would come back!

The very cozy apt, bright, modern, equipped with everything needed for 2 people. Martha is an excellent host who is very attentive and helpful, always in detail in everything. We love the neat and very well organized the stay, she explained everything previously to evacuate all our doubts, from how to turn on the TV to where to be able to wash the dishes or belongings if we were going to the beach, everything was very well thought out. The neighborhood seemed super quiet and safe, a very nice area, we rested perfectly and kept our car quietly. We'll definitely be back soon!

Highly recommended, the location is very good, 100 meters from the beach and without having to cross any streets with traffic, so it is ideal for families with children. The photos posted show you the house as is, it is a very comfortable house, you have a large supermarket 2 blocks between other options and the main street from the bar to one so it is not necessary to move by car. Bernardo, the host, is good people, flexible with schedules, predisposed and very friendly. Definitely to recommend!

The place is really beautiful. It's located by the sea and has a direct view of the lighthouse. With access to beaches within walking distance and surrounded by very good restaurants. I recommend visiting and staying there.

I had a wonderful stay. The house was really nicely equipped, it had everything I expected and more. Comfortable furniture and beds, clean, well decorated, and a really homey feeling. The hosts were great, really friendly and helpful, nice genuine people. The outdoor space was nice, with a little pool, covered sitting area, outdoor grill. Lots of pretty plants. I was verry happy with the choice.
