Holiday rentals with lake access in Uruguay

Beautiful place, the beautiful house, very comfortable and has everything you need to spend a stay list, as a suggestion we told you that with air conditioning it would be more than complete! Because we were just with the heat wave and we need the air for the peak hours that on the beach you can't be, anyway it has very powerful fans, but with an air I think it would be perfect! The cleanliness is super well and La Paz that reigns in the place is incredible, highly recommended! Hopefully we will be back again!

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend at Alberto's house, which has all the amenities described in the listing. The spa is rustic and quiet with the lagoon and beach a couple of blocks away and the convenience of being a 10-minute drive from José Ignacio. Alberto was super friendly and attentive to our schedule needs. This is a great option for vacations with children and pets due to the security of the fenced garden in a neighborhood with very little traffic.

Excellent service throughout the entire stay, way beyond the accommodations.

The house is beautiful , in a very nice setting, at night feels the sea and the song of the frogs. You can also see a lot of native fauna and flora. The house has a beautiful lighting and sunset view and a very comfortable arrangement of the rooms and environments. It is important to drive as terminals and places of purchase are not so close. We will be back!

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Quiet, cozy place. Beautiful! It's certainly a place we plan to come back to. The condominium, although super quiet and reserved, is close to the best restaurants, and also not far from downtown Punta Del Este. We love it. We recommend the home for family and friends trips, including with children. It was wonderful!

You enter another world already when you leave the road, the house has all the comforts, wood stove, barbecue, air, clean blankets, swimming pool, jacuzzi and the place is very nice, much rural life, with an incredible view and sunrise, all kinds of birds, hares, cows, horses and visited Perico the friendly donkey of the place. The house is just like the photos, comfortable and super complete, the kitchen with everything you need, the grill with its bacha apart bárbara. The quiet atmosphere, the surrounding grounds are not occupied so there is privacy

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Cozy little house, impeccable cleanliness, very well equipped kitchen, good shower. High performance air conditioner and wood fire heater. Outside has enjoyable recreation areas like the grillero side porch, a stove, and heated pool. There is privacy from the street, and it is very close to the supermarket and walking distance from the beach. The accommodation is highly recommended and I highlight Nancy's kindness, very willing and attentive to details.

Our stay was fantastic from the beginning to end. Communication with Manuela was smooth and friendly from the time of booking. The apartment was as described, spotless, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we could need, clean towels and fast wifi. Also, we really enjoyed the little details that made us feel at home, like the box games. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. We hope to come back!

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

I arrived 24 hours later than planned, and Roberto was very understanding and flexible, even arriving at 07:00 for my check-in. His communication was always very responsive. The apartment is exactly as shown and is very conveniently located, with bus stops in each direction out front, beautiful Parque Rodó steps away, and plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. The wifi is fast and reliable, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is amazing! Highly recommended.

Totally recommendable 100%, The host is always attentive to any questions or needs, the house is huge with all amenities, pool table, kitchen with its implements, even condiments there. There are clean towels in the two bathrooms, bedding, blankets all over the place, a huge stove, it also has board games. BBQ grill to which you enter by the house itself, huge grillero as for 1 large lamb. Fridge in the kitchen and two on the barbecue, pool overlooking the mountains to enjoy an excellent rural environment. Beautiful sunrises with the noise of birds. If in doubt whether to rent or not read this review, for the price that is paid has all the comforts. If your idea is to rest in a quiet place with all the comforts of a large house with a pool and barbecue, this is the place. Immense terrain with two arches soccer field, all lawn mowed. Miguel is very kind and attentive. We went with our dogs and enjoyed it to the fullest. The house is very well equipped with all amenities. There are several roads and trails on the property that end in a creek. Really an enjoyment of tranquility, native mountain and birds. Mix the rural with the beach allowing you to charge energy.

The stay at the Salmón house was perfect. The surroundings are amazing, the mountain, its shade for hot days and of course the river, with the downhill for the boat and staircase for a dip. The house has absolutely everything you could need, in addition to having comfortable beds and armchairs. Very good water pressure for the shower, thanks to the tank pump. It has all the kitchen utensils and grill, plus small appliances that make your stay much easier. A plus is that it also has chairs to enjoy being outside, on the banks of the river or under the porch if it rains. We saw various types of birds, foxes, weasels and otters, and river full of fish, all less than 2 hours from Montevideo. Óscar, Rossana, Ana and Adrian always attentive to any questions. The directions to how to get there and what to be in the house were 100% accurate. We will definitely be back.
