Private apartment at the back with separate entrance, steps away from the new shopping center, a good point to connect with the whole city. It's in the back, shared with my house, where our dog, Clara (an adorable Golden Retriever), lives. On the mezzanine is the bedroom with a 2-seater sommier and a 32-inch smart TV. Downstairs is the living room with windows to the back and a full bathroom. There is a covered barbecue next door that can be used, with the option of a cooking area.

The house has a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Large green space in front with a place to sit for lunch. WiFi is high speed and there is a large desk for remote work if desired.
