Recycled space with a loft soul in Pocitos, meters from Plaza Varela. It combines a well-defined kitchen and bathroom with a decor that fuses classic and modern behind a door from 1918. Access is through a shared with a green courtyard that serves as a transition between the energy of the boulevard, the accommodation, and the door of our house. After 7 years of welcoming travelers, we opened this private space, which was inspired by our time as parents, to continue celebrating cultural exchange. Welcome!

Lovely Suite in the Garden

Comfy suite overlooking the garden, includes a kitchenette and bathroom. Very tranquil. You will access from an Independent entryway from the street into the garden where the room is located. You'll be in the residential - garden - neighborhood of Carrasco, 7 blocks from the beach and close to shops, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. This guest suite is conveniently located close to bus stops that can take you directly into the old town, and other parts of the city.

"The little house in the back" Next to the Antel Arena

Private apartment at the back with separate entrance, steps away from the new shopping center, a good point to connect with the whole city. It's in the back, shared with my house, where our dog, Clara (an adorable Golden Retriever), lives. On the mezzanine is the bedroom with a 2-seater sommier and a 32-inch smart TV. Downstairs is the living room with windows to the back and a full bathroom. There is a covered barbecue next door that can be used, with the option of a cooking area.

It is a very quiet place where you can enjoy your privacy and relax. A perfect location for those who enjoy the beach and the natural beauty of the coast, as it is 300 meters from the sea. Quiet and very nice neighborhood with all the necessary amenities within walking distance. It is an apartment at the back of our property, with a private entrance. Share the main gate facing the street with the owners. It has a bedroom and private patio with its own grill.

The accommodation is in an excellent quiet and wooded setting, at the back of the hosts' house. It is entered independently from the side of the property, and can be entered by vehicle. The house has a large living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Large green space in front with a place to sit for lunch. High-speed WiFi and a large desk for remote work if desired.

The property is at the back of a mansion that is over 100 years old, a few blocks from the main thoroughfares that facilitate transportation to all points of the city.

Since public transport is quite far from the property, use of taxis or Uber is recommended.
